ALifewater Solutions LLC
I first contacted Scott via email late at night expecting to receive a response no earlier than the following morning, but Scott surprisingly responded immediately letting me know he would call me during the day. Scott discussed the pros, cons, and financial options of each water treatment system, sent an email with all of the corresponding information, then scheduled a visit to further discuss them in reference to my household’s specific needs. As a former chemist and current physician, I was impressed with Scott’s ability to explain the mechanisms of water treatment and conditioner systems in detail without using excessively technical terms or condescending. Compared to the other three companies from which we received estimates, Lifewater gave us the most professional yet personable service for the best price. We ultimately decided to purchase a whole house water treatment system. The night prior our scheduled installation, my husband decided we should add an RO system and Scott was able to accommodate our last minute request. He even returned the day after our installation to replace the RO filter in spite of the fact that it was not initially installed due to miscommunication on my part. Without a doubt, I highly recommend Lifewater Solutions.

The owner, Glenn, contacted us right away and was terrific to work with. He met with us personally and explained all options to us in detail and even arranged to have the system installed the following day! He gave us a great value for the money and even replaced our hot water heater which was 16 years old as part of the project. Our install was difficult since the house was not pre-plumbed but Glenn helped us with a less expensive option which is a perfect solution that a previous company we tried to work with never thought of (or offered) and the cost was substantially less. The water tastes terrific and now the whole household is happy. He also offered us a system which doesn't add salt to the water which was important to our family. The installation went flawlessly and they were very professional and efficient. Would HIGHLY recommend Aquaco.

ABumble Bee Plumbing
My water treatment system sprang a leak on thanksgiving night, and my plumber / contractor that installed the system was closed until monday. Called Bumblebee first thing friday morning and they were able to come out quickly. Mike manually bypassed the system for me to get me through until could deal with the problem properly next week. Didnt overcharge. Was available and offered to do other non-urgent plumbing work we needed done as well, gave me quotes. Major help in time of need, all contacts were professional and helpful.

ADUTCH'S WATER SYSTEMS
The water is very hard here in Mesa. All my dishes have spots on them when they go through the dishwasher, the hard water also leaves my towels feeling very prickly. I wanted to have pure drinking water. After the installation of under-kitchen-sink filters we now have crystal clear drinking water. I am very pleased with the treatment. Jay was the installer on my project and I would certainy reccomend him.

ENERGY ONE SYSTEMS REMOVE MORE CHEMICALS AND PARTICLES FROM THE WATER, AND THEY DO NOT USE SALT FOR MAINTENANCE, BUT POTASSIUM. THEY EVEN INSTALLED A BIB AT THE OUTSIDE WATER SOURCE FOR WASHING VEHICLES. THEY DID A METICULOUS JOB AND EXPLAINED MAINTENANCE CLEARLY.

AAmerican Home Water and Air
We just moved here from the Midwest, after purchasing a home via shortsale. Due to the age of the home, we have had various appliance die, one by one. My kitchen faucet was thumping and the water pressure was quite poor. I called a random plumber (not listed on Angie's list - shame on me) and he diagnosed the problem, over the phone, as a "shot reverse osmosis system". He tried to talk me into purchasing some new process for treating water - quoting me over $1200.00 for the job. When he told me the reverse osmosis system was shot, I opted to go on Angie's list and find a water treatment company. I chose American Home Water, due to their consistent "A" ratings and positive feedback. Tom, who I believe is the owner, came out the next day, tested my water and said the current system I have is perfectly fine. He even checked my refrigerator water and ice. He then went under the kitchen sink and checked the water valves. It turns out water hammering is often the result of poor water pressure and my valves were nearly shut off!!! He opened them up and no more thumping! Tom didn't charge me a dime! You can be that if something does go wrong with my system or I need the filter change I WILL be calling American Home Water!

CH2O Concepts International Inc
I had a system installed by H2O Concepts in July 2013, and have experienced new buildup on my recently replaced faucets. After my third call to H2O Concepts, and 2 1/2 days later, I finally reached a technician. The technician explained that my calcium carbonate buildup problem on my fixtures is normal, and expected. The technician made sure to point out that I initialed the line on the sales agreement that explained the residual buildup during their water treatment process. After my further review of the sales agreement, I realize how I missed the verbiage; H2O Concepts considers residual calcium buildup as a "Feature or Benefit" of their water treatment system. As written in their Sales Agreement, within the Features and Benefits section, the 3rd item describes the process as: "The AMP Force by using electronic impulses converts calcium to water soluble, non-adherent calcium carbonate". It goes on to state: If water is allowed to evaporate the dissolved calcium carbonate will be left behind". Further stated: "Although easily removed, this residue should be anticipated and cleaned before multiple layers accumulate." I am not sure how H2O Concepts can claim "non-adherent calcium carbonate" in one sentence, and then insist that it is your obligation to dry your faucet after each use to avoid build-up. Moving from Oregon, an area that requires little or no in-home water treatment, I accepted the sales persons presentation without question. Now, better informed, I would have asked H2O Concepts prior to purchasing their system: (1) Why buy a water treatment system that requires the cleaning of your fixtures after each use? (2) Why buy a system that will allow the same damage to your faucets, albeit it may take a longer time, as an untreated water supply? (3) Why buy a water treatment system from a company that takes 2 1/2 days to reach a technician?

I have used universal water services for years now. Both my systems are old and run like clockwork. Call anually for preventive maintenance services. Randy Dobson is very friendly and knows his stuff. Very professional and will offer tips to keep your system running well. A little bit pricey, but for the quality you get, it's well worth it. I'd recommend them to anyone.
