Recent Review: Went very well. The owner Tony was very polite, was on time, was very quick, and did a great job cleaning our windows as they were very filthy from numerous storms on the outside, and from dust and dirt on the inside. Tony cleaned our ceiling fans as well and they look great. We will be using Costantini cleaning services for our business this next week.

Recent Review: If you want your ceiling fan fixed right the first time, call these guys. My fan was only working on one speed. Fan Doctor got me scheduled. Kevin, the electrician, came out and diagnosed that two capacitors were out. He was able to fix my ceiling fan. He also spent some extra time balancing the fan for me. It now works great and just in time for summer. This is professional business and they know what they are doing. Their service call is competitive with many home warranty companies and parts needed were at a minimal cost. Awesome Job!

Recent Review: Service provider was on time and completed the job.  The installer notified us after the install of the fans that only one light switch, not both, as the home was pre-wired originally for.  He did not offer us any solutions to remedy the situation.  We have our light and fan connected to one switch.  I would have preferred to have this remedied at the time of install instead of finding, hiring, scheduling, another electrician to come out.

Recent Review: Jason is an honest hard working contractor. Professional. Shows up in a new clean vehicle in uniform and ON TIME as he briefed. Has every tool imaginable. Works quickly and safely. Keeps his work area clean and did not leave tools laying all over the place. Jason is in shape (runs marathons) and did not take a lot of breaks i.e. smoke or drink a Coke...He also provided critical design input in the re-design of the kitchen to include moving a refrigerator and placement after the wall was removed. Jason installed a complex over the range vent chimney which I bought at Home Depot and their install guy would not even atempt to hang/install which he deemed to be "complicated". Called Jason who came out on a Saturday and got it installed into the ceiling the way it was supposed to be!! The vent came with real bogus install instructions and was a puzzle to figure out but Jason got it done to include cutting into the ceiling drywall and navigating around an a/c duct. That thing is so solid you could do a pull up on it and it would not come down!! Kiel can DO IT ALL!! I invented a new company slogan for him and its true "Keil's prices won't "Kill" you"! That is the truth his quotes were spot on and FAIR!!

Recent Review: Guy provided an estimate over the phone and it was reasonably close to the final total. Swenson was able to get to us promptly after we asked that they do the work. Casey and David were on time, professional in appearance, very pleasant to deal with and communicated with us well during the process. They showed us the options available to us for placement of the fan and did as we asked on venting the unit. They cleaned up after themselves well and were done in under 2 hours. After they departed, we noticed that while in the attic, they had apparently stepped on a sprinkler head fitting and caused it to drop quite a bit from the ceiling and separate from the trim piece around it. However, I was able to get it more or less back where it belonged after climbing into the attic and working with it for a while. I did not report this issue to Swenson, but I am sure they would have returned to straighten it out had I asked them to do so. It is often hard to tell where you are stepping in an attic full of insulation. We will not hesitate to call them for future electrical work.

AELECTRICAL HANDYMAN
Clint Hoag was on time and exceptionally professional. From his pleasant demeanor to his brisk work pace, he was a pleasure to work with. He knew his job and performed it so well, I never worried about the cost of the work getting out of reach. Clint's apprentice, Chris, was also a pleasure. I would hire these men for any electrical job I have in the future.

Excellent. I was given several options for the outside electric. The work was then accomplished in a timely manner and he cleaned up the mess.

Arrived late due to someone being hurt on the job the previous day. Work went well understood what we wanted and completed the job. Left holes in the wall by the switch plate and in closet due to difficulty of wiring for me to repair, which cost me an additional $100 from a handyman. Requested a service person who had been in my home before, but a new guy showed up and this needed to be completed that day.

We needed a first floor room (of two story house) wired for a ceiling fan and also a switch moved for a closet light. Guy was helpful on the phone, provided a ball park estimate which seemed pretty consistent with other places I called. He arrived right on time and was professional and efficient. He let us know that he would have to put holes in the wall to install the fan box and run the wiring. He knew exactly what he was doing and made the holes no bigger than necessary and they were smaller than I expected. Even though they don't do drywall, he did patch the holes very neatly which we appreciated. Working with Swenson was easy and straightforward. The estimate was accurate, no surprises. We would definitely call them again.

Mike and Julian were great to work with. They provided additional suggestions to what I originally wanted done in my garage and patio. They were very reasonable in their price and exacltly what they had quoted on their first visit. They cleaned up at the end of their work so it looked like they were never here. Would recommend to family and friends. Will call them again for our next project.

It went fine and he did a good job and cleaned up. He got it done efficiently, with no issues. We have used them before. We had four ceiling fans and they installed light kits for those. They put two lights on the exterior of the house. We had the same guy for that too. He got the job done in the allotted. He got there on time and he does what we ask him to do. There are no issues and he just gets the work done quickly. We have not had him do anything difficult, everything has been fine, and I would use him again. The price was great.

Tripp did a wonderful job. He called ahead to say he was on his way. He was personable and very knowledgeable. He was able to immediately inform me that the current fan wasn't going to work any longer due to an issue with the motor. I had purchased a new ceiling fan to have available in case this happened. He easily installed the new ceiling fan. He also was able to quickly replace a bedroom wall switch. He also went into the back yard with me to look at the pool pump wiring and pool heater wiring. Nothing was required as all was good. Finally, I asked Tripp about the exhaust fan in the laundry room. It was quite loud and had been noted on my home inspection prior to my recent purchase of the house. He said it worked perfectly fine but was just noisy. Nothing to repair or replace.

We've had Rick out to the house a couple of times. Rick and his son, Ricky, are professional, experienced, thoughtful electricians. Hey... remodeling work is challenging at times... more so because the homeowner and their pets and children actually LIVE in the home. But Rick and Ricky know how to solve an electrical challenge while taking precautions to minimize drywall destruction and the harmful dust associated with opening walls and ceilings. Anyone whose had real electrical remodeling work done to their house knows an electrician who can keep damage to the drywall, etc., to a minimum is worth their weight in gold. WORK: Rick has installed a number of new receptacles to existing circuits, helped us to bring power to wall-mounted TV and other devices, replaced switches with dimmers, and helped us to work through and correct preexisting electrical challenges in our home. He is very realistic about remodeling work - and know he is going to be working to complete or extend work that other electricians began. It's all part of the job with Rick. BEST OF ALL: Wherever possible, Rick takes care to plan out the work in a way to avoid damaging interior walls and ceilings. This type of thoughtfulness has saved us hundreds of dollars in unnecessary drywall and paint repairs - not to mention the dust. WORK ETHIC: Rick arrived on-time, walked through the work, explained his approach before he made any changes, answered questions, made thoughtful suggestions, finished all the work he quoted, cleaned up the job site, and charged an extremely fair price. Even better, he maintained an energetic and positive attitude throughout the entire time. INVOICING: Is a breeze. Rick always sends an itemized bill via email the evening after his completes a job - and you can pay ONLINE by credit card or directly from your account. IN SHORT: Rick's Advanced Electric is an honest, professional and experienced electrician that I can confidently recommend. He always returns our calls. We always call Rick whenever we need electric work. UPDATE: We've had Rick and Ricky (his son) out to the house for multiple projects now. Some time ago, Rick convinced me to we would save money and time if we worked with him on an hourly basis, so we tried it. In just under 2 hours, he had added (4) new 15A receptacles on existing circuits, corrected an old 20A GFI outlet, and added a new 20A receptacle in our garage. What a savings over the per item charges most electrical contractors quote!!
