Charles Wyles Contractors
Recent Review: We hired Jole Wyles to do several different remodeling projects at our home. This guy can do just about anything needed done at your home. He is very conscientious about his work and professional and trustworthy. We leave him here to do his work and we are not even home. Our dogs love him! (That says a lot). You won’t find anybody more talented and professional. He is still doing work for us and will definitely keep him busy with projects. He is a man who knows how to do many different things. I highly recommend him! 5 stars and 2 thumbs up. :)

Recent Review: Steven makes the appointment, shows up on time, sizes up the work and provides an estimate, broken out in labor and materials. He is courteous and professional, and cleans up after he is done, The quality of his work is impressive. He tries to be as minimally invasive as he can and takes great care that everything is finished out nicely, even the stuff that is going to be covered up with cabinetry or otherwise out of sight. The whirlpool and shower fixtures he installed look great and work better than the original, and the patched and textured drywall make it impossible to tell there was ever a hole (and the holes ranged in size from one inch to nine inches). I would not hesitate to use Steven's services again in the future. I trust him as an honest businessman, an expert craftsman, and a respectful gentleman.

Thiele's Custom Tile & Hardwood LLC
Recent Review: Excellent. Quality work, responsive, on-time, did it the "right way". Did not cut any corners. Did above and beyond what he said he was going to do to make me happy. Prides himself on quality of work. I received 3 bids he was the middle guy. The cheapest was $1200 but wasn't going to waterproof the shower (I had a mold problem from a leaky shower to begin with). The most expensive was going to do the exact same thing but was a tile store and was going to charge me $6000. Evan charged me $2450 including all materials except tile. He helped each step of the way to make sure all work was done to my liking. Gave professional recommendations to get the most for my money and the best look. Would use him again hands down. He also removed and reinstalled my sinks so I didn't have to get a plumber. This saved me $120. He went farther and did extra edge finishing to make sure everything looked good. Also, recommended additional fixtures to help with the house value (frameless glass shower door) and referred me to a company to get this done. He took the time and took the steps necessary to complete this project correctly. I love my new bathroom and he really payed attention to detail.

Re-Bath of Arkansas
Recent Review: We didn't want a contractor here for weeks, so that was the main reason we looked at ReBath for our shower remodel. We had a 30+ year old awful looking shower/tub combo with the surround bulging out, and duct tape to keep the water from going behind the surround. My hubby called to make the appointment, and the salesman, Chip, showed up a little early, which was fine, to talk to us. He was very friendly, and open to any questions, which was good, because we hit him with a lot of questions. The remodel was pricey, but part of that price is the fact they get it done in one day, unless you have problems that need to be resolved. We decided to splurge, get rid of the tub, and just have a shower put in. One little glitch we had was that, after we had bought the basic package, my hubby kept seeing these commercials on TV about a promotion for ReBath. So, he called Chip, but didn't hear from him after leaving a voice mail. A few days later he called the main office, and left a message, but still didn't hear from him. About a week later, I went on Facebook to their page, and posed the question there. Chip called the next day, and hubby got his question answered. So, the week we had our appointment, the crew leader called to see if we minded if they came a few days after the original appointment, because the weather was slowing them down. This was very reasonable, since the icy weather was slowing everyone down. The crew showed up on the scheduled day right on time at 8:30 am, and went right to work. Hubby said they were very friendly, and very knowledgeable, and were able to answer any questions he had. (I was at work, so missed all the fun! But I did tell hubby to take pics while it was being done.) They left at 3:30 pm, and our awesome shower was ready to go. It does have to cure for awhile, but they told hubby that it would be fine to use it the next morning. It is beautiful, and well done. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat. The crew leader told hubby that Chip would be coming by at some point to inspect the work. We haven't heard from him yet. The work, with some exceptions, has a life time guarantee. Everything is explained to you in the sales presentation, and any questions are answered.

Mark, the owner, met us before and seemed knowledgable. He asked to be paid in full upfront, so we did which was a HUGE MISTAKE. The teardown went fine, but the tiling he and his employee did was the MOST HORRIFIC JOB. It was so terrible, that all the tile had to be completely REDONE (taken back down to the studs). He used the incorrect tools, which left terribly jagged marks, tiles were uneven spaced, sticking out, and broken. Mark had another company come in and redo the tile and Mark was to return to finish the shower trim kit, and door installation. Mark could not afford to buy the materials for the tile to be redone, so he agreed to pay us back. Well it has been over a month since the other company finished the tile and Mark not only never responded to us again, but did not pay us back as agreed and never installed the trim kit or door, so we had to hire another company to do that. Photos show the work that Mark and his employee did, not of what the 2nd company did.
