Recent Review: Best electrical gave a straight-forward price estimate that was the best of three total estimates. The work stayed on schedule and on budget. Best was kept the work areas clean and produced a high quality result. I'd definitely use for future work in my home.

Recent Review: Communication of expectations and timeline could have been much better. For normal repairs and handyman type jobs I'm sure he's great. But this seemed to be to big of an undertaking. Work was ok. I expected more attention to detail for a brand new renovation/remodel of a bathroom. A lot of little things and details could have been finished better. I had to go back and fix issues with wall texturing and bowing areas in the wall so Trim that I was installing could fit properly. The framing of the shower was off and our guy who installed the glass had to cut out a section of the wall to repair the mistake and add additional framing.

Reviews in Willisville to Install Recessed Lighting

BLogue Electric
Original plan was to separate existing ceiling lights controlled by 3-way switches in separate lighting controlled by independent switches. A second project was to add a switch leg to existing recessed lights in the living room and install 3-way switches to control the recessed lights. Upon inspection, Mr. Logue informed that due having to work in the attic in tight quarters (2-3' head space) he would have to work while lying in the approximately 5" of blown cellulose insulation, he would not do that. Mr. Logue and his son did complete the other projects in 4 hours which I thought was good since the Big Deal was for 8 man hours. I realized that I would be responsible for materials used and a charge for working in the crawl space to install wiring. I was not prepared to learn that the extra charge for work under the house would nearly double the total cost. Mr. Logue and his son were very efficient in their work. I was very surprised that he scheduled to come on New Year's day which was fine with me. After changing projects to be done, Mr. Logue and his son worked diligently to complete them. I was pleased with the work performed. I only wish I had prior knowledge of the size of the extra charges that were added on. The ad for the Big Deal should be more informative concerning "extra charges" for work in an attic or crawl space. If I had known the extra charges could be up to several hundred dollars more, I might had reconsidered whether the Big Deal was really a real deal to take advantage of.

Estimator arrived on time to review the job's requirements; provided a professionally prepared  proposal  of all work recommended with itemized pricing. Electrician arrived on time  the next morning  and did not stop work until 4:00 in the afternoon. Work was correctly. Job site was left clean. These guys are good.
