Recent Review: After seeing their product at the Minneapolis Home & Garden show we were convinced that this was the right product for our porch improvement work. The guys from EZ-Screen brought samples to our home to help us select frame color and installation method. They took careful measurements of all of the window and door openings and put our order in motion. A few weeks later our windows and door were delivered. We did this work at the same time we had some exterior siding work done by another contractor. We arranged to have that contractor do the actual installation of the EZ-Screen product. The rep from EZ-Screen came out to our site when the installation started to ensure that our contractor understood how to properly install the windows and door. Everything went smoothly and contractor commented on how easy the windows went in. After three full seasons of use we still enjoy the product and we're pleased that we chose this as part of our porch renovation. It has added several additional months to our porch usage in our short Minnesota summer seasons. I highly recommend this product for any new screen porch or porch renovation job!

Business Description: My business is typically a one man show. I have received numerous rewards over the years for the quality of work. My primary work is cabinet and door installation, but I have years of experience in all carpentry and construction. I am a problem solver and don't believe in wasting space. When more than one person is needed, my son will help. If he is unavailable, I belong to a group of contractors (that are also, one person companies) who help each other out. My rate is $30 per hour on hourly work.

Recent Review: We hired Nick to remodel our front porch and make it bigger. It was done into a deck and this meant changing the roof line too. We obtained several bids and decided to go with Nick. He was prompt in starting the job when he said he would and has been punctual and on time every day. We are very pleased with his work. He is very good and professional. We would recommend him to anyone.

Recent Review: Had the entire house resided with all new guttering. Ron (Owner of company) came out and did a fantastic job walking us step by step through the process and choices. He gave us several houses to go look at that his company had done. His bid was a little higher than a couple others we had gotten but the years of experience he and his team had along with the time he spent at our house that evening made us certain that his company was the right choice for us. His team got started a few weeks later (our choice) and did a fantastic job. The three guys on the crew were great to work with and EXTREMELY respectful to not only our house but our entire family. We missed some days of work due to rain and the guys worked late and one weekend to make up the time. They checked with us multiple times throughout the process to ensure everything looked great. Ron was in constant contact via email to keep us apprised of anything he felt was important (weather outlook, days they would be working to make up time, etc.). They finished up on time and the house looks absolutely wonderful. I have been doing remodels and handy man work for twenty years and know when I am getting my money's worth. We were so impressed with the work that we gave all three guys a little something extra at the end of the job. For anyone hiring out a crew to do a big job (siding, roofing, etc.) that is going to take several days I would highly recommend the following four things... 1. Have the work area ready to go. Move things (lawn furniture, potted plants, hoses, etc.) that will be in the way. 2. Keep water and a few snacks (crackers, cookies) around for the crew. I cannot begin to explain how much this small gesture means to someone who is working hard for you. 3. Spend a couple of minutes with the crew each day asking if there is anything else they need or have questions on. This makes sure everyone is on the same page. 4. Say "THANK YOU" at the end of the job when you are satisfied with the work. Everyone wants to know that their work is appreciated. We did these things for the crew working on our house and they really appreciated it. We would recommend Northwest Arkansas Windows and Siding to anyone. Ron and his crew will do a great job for you.

FCutberth Construction
Chris Cutberth (Cutberth Construction, 26638 Farm Road 1070, Seligman, MO 65745) could not legally build a sunroom on my property by obtaining a city building permit as he specifically promised he could. I was unaware this structure is NOT allowed here in the city of Bella Vista, Arkansas. He will not return my deposit owed to me totalling $12,750.00 that was paid to Cutberth in good faith. I have all the documents concerning transactions with Cutberth Construction. I have reported this theft to the Bella Vista Arkansas Police Department and a copy of that report 17-02021 is available. I have also filed a Consumer Complaint No. 18-00093 with the Arkansas Attorney General and another Consumer Comlaint with Missouri Attorney General. I am a disabled retired senior citizen and Chris Cutberth took advantage of me with promises he could not deliver and refuses to refund my money for services that were not performed.

I asked Mike out to give me an estimate at the beginning of the week.  By the end of the week the porch was comlete and we were only waiting on the special order shutters to come in.  He only asked for payment for the work that had been completed.  I fronted the money for the materials and he had the project completed in a timely and professional manner.

AMorey Construction
Other than the weather having an affect everything went fine.  Ellick was here every day, bright and ready to work.    When he had a question with something he always asked.  He wanted to be paid on a sliding scale and it worked fine.  Ellick has a Facebook page (Morey Construction) with a few pictures of this porch on it.  Ellick also replaced an exterior door and will be replacing another soon.  I value his work and character.

CRazorback Sunrooms
I would not give them a good rating.  They didn't do the work right, and now I have leaky windows.  There is also leaking under the floor boards.

AHandyman Matters of NWA
The work done for me by Handyman Matters was excellent in every way. I would use them again. This is actually a dubpicate review because I received a hard copy of the review form in the mail and used that to submit my positive review.    Thanks

DOwens Construction
We would never use Johnny Owens again.  He took our money, he didn’t finish and we had to go through the State of Arkansas to get him to come back and finish, so I wouldn’t recommend him.  He does good work but it was tough getting him to finish the work; we didn’t know when he would show up.  We have used him several times and each time we used him, we said we would do it again and we kept going back, but we are through.  I would recommend others to use somebody else but him.  He was fair on price to a certain extent.

DK & S CONSTRUCTION INC
The beginning was good. The owner was very cordial and provided us with a prompt estimate and contract. From there it was all downhill. The job took much longer than we were told and the owner had many excuses (usually the weather, but sometimes that was a lie). We had to hound him to get him and his workers to come. Often they would come, work an hour or two and then leave. We were never told when they were coming back. My husband finally had to get very angry and then we got some action. The contract said we would have as many windows as possible in the four season room but, in fact, we got one less than that. We gave advances for windows and lattice and it was not ordered. We actually had to drive 60 miles to get some of the materials ourselves in order that the work could progress. The workmanship is much less than perfect. He used his sister-in-law to do some wallpapering in the kitchen and it is taking us nearly $1000 to correct the stains on our ceiling and to take the wallpaper down and replace it with drywall and paint. Our final bill was wrong in several details. We were charged extra for things that were included in the contract and we were not given credit for some of our previous payments. Needless to say, we will not use this contractor again and we would not recommend him to others.
