Rick Lee did a great job on visits to my house. Is a friendly and polite fellow and seems proud of doing excellent work. He also came out a second time to fix a bathroom light switch that went bad. When I called him a 3rd time, for additional work, he gave me some advice for what kind of lights to purchase for backyard spots and we made an appointment. He later cancelled that appointment calling me and saying that he had too much work that week. So we made a second appt. After waiting for him for 45 minutes on the second scheduled visit, I called him to find out when he would be coming. He was always very polite. He said he had 2 big emergencies that day and needed to reschedule for the following week. I agreed but was annoyed because he had delayed work now by 3 weeks. I texted him that I had arranged by day around him being there and next time would appreciate a head's up if he couldn't make it. The next day he texted back that I should find another electrician. I don't think it's too much to ask that a professional honor his appointments. If he didn't want to do the work, he should have just said so instead of stringing me along for 3 weeks. I had critical medical issues around which I was trying to arrange his visit.
