Recent Review: They tried to run a line into my existing plumbing but couldn't so they put a shut off valve to the master bath.  So I spent nearly $500 and the problem still exists, but they explained it would be much more to actually repair the line because of the slab.  So I can't say anything better about the price than "fair" but the service was good.

Recent Review: Everything was fine - EXCEPT - You will be charged a $99.00 charge to show up.  They did not tell me that via my phone call - even though I asked directly.  Rather they responded that I would be given an estimate before any work began.  Just be aware.

Recent Review: I emailed Roto Sunday night requesting service for Monday.  I received an email response with scheduled service between 8a-12p Monday.  I received a phone call about 1/2 hour prior to scheduled arrival.  The technician arrived 800 am, diagnosed the problem, went to get the needed parts, and fixed the leak.  Technician called me when worked completed and handled the payment via credit card over the phone.

Fmillard plumbing ,remolding.
Very expensive poor time management. Was quoted price of hourly wages. The man who came to fix the gas leak was unprofessional spent a lot of time talking to my renter about personal things that didn't have anything to do with the project. Didn't hook up the hot water heater when he finished and had to come back the next day to hook it back up because he "forgot to light the hot water heater" was charged 1290.87 for the job, 134.62 was the material and the rest was labor!!!!!! Yes he did work on Saturday, but seemed to spend a lot of time doing I don't know what.. On top of that he charged a $40.00 trip fee, geez I would be totally embarrassed to put that on a bill when he charged me over $1000.00 in labor!!!!! I WILLL NEVER use them again! I had several text from the fellow who actually did the work which was unprofessional. Never again!
