Recent Review: Dash is just excellent at repairing air conditioners. In less than 30 minutes someone was at my home, and in less than 30 more my air conditioner was back up and running beautifully. I recommend Dash to everyone.

Recent Review: The old compressor died the evening of the 6th. Bob and Ed's came out the next day and examined the situation. We discussed what I wanted to do, and they changed out to a new unit the next day. The technician was professional, courteous and glad to answer all my questions. Since we had used them in the past for maintenance and repairs, I already knew they were skilled and honest. The young man did good work and even cleaned up after the work was done. The new unit (a Rheem) has worked wonderfully!

Recent Review: The summer of 2012 was unusually hot even for Arkansas. Our central air went out in June and we picked TSI as pretty much a blind grab from the Yellow Pages. The technician, Scott, was at our house for days, tracing the system inside out to diagnose systems illness. He came back the third day with Jimmy the owner who determined that we needed a new compressor. Thankfully the part was under warranty and we would only have to pay for labor. Three compressors later at the end of the summer, they finally determined that the initial installation (done by a shade tree tech to save money) had been done improperly and the wiring was blowing one compressor after another. They rewired the system and we had cold air by fall... yea! Yes we had one long hot summer but these guys stayed on the job until the situation was resolved. They never charged us one penny for parts or labor. They get an A+ on this report card.

Recent Review: On the second-hottest day of 2013 at 6 p.m. my wife, who has much sharper hearing than I, heard the alarming screeeee! sounds that usually means the fan motor in the indoor condenser of the air conditioner is giving up the ghost. I called Airmasters and got a human being on the phone a full hour after business day had ended. I explained the problem and that we have a maintenance contract. Thirty minutes later the technician was standing at the front door. He came in and listened to the noise. After running a thorough check with several gauges and electronic devices, he said he didn't think the fan motor was going bad. He said, "Let's try changing the air filter." I had already bought a new filter and had planned to install it the next day. It worked! The noise went away. He waited several minutes to make sure it didn't return. No charge! This sounds kinda routine, but the technician could just as easily have told me the fan motor WAS about to die and sold me a $500 repair job on a 101-degree day. But he didn't. I appreciate the honesty, promptness and thoroughness.

Recent Review: The Technician arrived on time and was very friendly and polite... seemed to do good work. Our older central air conditioner needs refrigerant added every year or so, and needed 2lbs this year, pretty much as expected. We have used Jones for many years, but did use Middleton last year - they were much higher. I even checked Groupon offers before getting our service done, and Jones regular price was pretty close to the offers from places I was unsure of.
