Recent Review: This project went a little differently than most. Being in the wood products industry for 40 years went we retired, I wanted our newer home to become more energy efficient over time. I researched and found SoftLite Windows, a premium vinyl replacement window. Stallman was the only dealer in our area. They came out, measured, we selected our options, and few weeks late the came in and replaced our builder model windows without a hitch.
Business Description: We manufacture Advanced Energy Panels (AEPs). AEPs are a retrofit for historic windows or any window people can't afford or don’t wish to replace. AEPs are interior window insulating panels and can be installed in any building –office, home or industrial. AEPs have a higher insulation and air sealing rating and provide greater comfort than most replacement windows, yet they are a fraction of the cost. AEPs are custom made to fit over existing openings, protecting, preserving and improving your existing windows.
Recent Review: He came out and measured, showed me the replacement windows and explained why he only uses NT WINDOWS. He is a local man, I found him to be honest and reliable. he was willing to work as I did not want to do the whole house at this time. NT WINDOWS are made in USA. When he started the job he stayed with it, until the windows were in to my satisfaction
Recent Review: We had used them to install a patio room on the back of our home a few years ago. We had been very pleased with their service and their product. They have very high quality products. Everything turned out wonderful. They work well with you. If you have any problem whatsoever they are right there. If you call them, they call right back. We are very pleased with them. I would say their prices are a little high.
Recent Review: Very professional company. Would highly recommend this company for window installation. James Jordan was our representative. We were very pleased with his knowledge of the product and the installation process.

The service was good. The salesman showed me window options. Service people were very courteous and thorough in their installation. They showed us how to clean the windows and just what they would do during the installation.

They gave me a price for installing replacement windows. The work was done but didn't finis out the flashing leaving old wood and paint exposed. When contacted he said that was a different fee but would take care of it for me. He never showed up.

I purchased windows from Peck Windows. The windows were installed improperly and were not of the quality agreed to. I hired Lowes to come out and do an assessment of that company's work and Lowes sent me their opinion in an email. They stated industry standards would dictate that replacement windows be used and not new construction windows. I enetered into an agreement with Lowes to remove the Peck windows and put in Pella Windows. All documentation including bid and purchase order noted replacement windows. Lowes installed new construction windows. At that time I told them that they were installing the wrong windows and to stop construction immmediately. They told me it was okay because Pella had waterproof tape to cover the windows so they wouldn't leak. Then I called Pella and they told me they do not have waterproof tape. Then Lowes brought Pella out to assess the installation. The Pella rep said that for those windows they were installed properly. Lowes refused to replace the windows even though I ordered the replacement windows and not the new construction windows. They did agree to replace the pine trim with the cedar trim that I ordered. Now they are telling me that I need to tell them a date where I am avvailable. I will have to take more time off work for them to come fix the trim. The Lowe's guys were rude and the sales guy was even swearing and the manager told him to be quiet.

The installers came at 1:00 p.m. on Friday and since we weren't going anywhere they wanted to continue working and they finished, great clean up and professional service and they worked until they finished around 7:30 p.m. They took care to avoid getting any more dust than necessary in the house by holding up a sheet. They worked quickly and efficiently. The fellow doing the blinds came all the way on Saturday from Fort Smith to insure that we would have privacy as soon as the new windows were installed. He, too, was quick, professional and efficient. I would highly recommend Window World.

ATHE WINDOW SOURCE OF ARKANSAS
I have dealt with several contractors throughout the years. This contractor was one of the best. The came on time, as scheduled and worked quickly to complete the installation. They were very pleasant and helpful. While we were in the process of moving, they helped with the heavy lifting. Never used any inappropriate language, and made sure we knew how the windows and screens operated. Here is one thing that I really liked, they quoted a price, that included removing the old wooden frame windows (which we were able to sell to a craft store since they did not tear them up!), their price included any required woodwork, and encasing the window sills and frame in siding, so no more painting!. Other contractors offered a comparable price, but wanted to charge extra for wood work. Did I mention, the replacement guarantee? The windows are all barcoded with our name, and a part number. If one ever gets broken, we get a free replacement window. Overall, great service, great price, great quality. Recommended to friends, and got $50 for each referral.
