Recent Review: Mr. Himsl is a first rate builder! Our new storage shed looks perfect. Working with Rick was very hassle free. He always responded to my phone calls promptly and answered all my questions patiently; and once the March weather finally cooperated with us, he arrived to start the build. I couldn't believe how fast and and efficient Rick was in building the shed! I think he worked a solid three days, and then the building was finished, and it looks perfect; sturdy, solid, and expertly made. All the joints and cuts are very neat and professional. He has obviously built many of these sheds in his career! I can't say enough about how pleased we are with the building and the whole process of working with Rick from start to finish. It was the most straightforward, surprise-free, hassle-free transaction, which is saying a lot for a rather large purchase of a custom built product, sight unseen. The price on the website was exactly the price we paid, and we got exactly what we were told we would get. I would highly recommend Rick Himsl to anyone I know needing a storage shed or shop building. He's an honest, hard-working professional (a fairly rare commodity these days, it seems), and his work speaks for itself.
Recent Review: They are excellent. They are very smart honest guys, and they do very good work. They are reliable and I would recommend them to anyone. They are an oasis of excellence in a desert shoddy workmanship.

From start to finish it went very well. Rick completed the job in the two days. He was very punctual and cleaned everything up. We were very pleased with the quality of his workmanship and the price was better than other pre-built or delivered sheds. We would not hesitate to refer family and friends!

My wife and I were very happy with the quality of the building and the speed with which Mr. Himsl worked. This job would have taken me a week or more and it was finished in three days. The shed not only looks great but it is very well built. Mr. Himsl is a quiet man who works very hard to build a level, sturdy, good looking building. Excellent company to deal with.

ASmith Contracting LLC
I was happy with all of their work and would highly recommend them! Before you contact a contractor, you have to know what you want done to your house/home. If you can’t be specific about what you want, it’s unrealistic to expect a contractor, who doesn’t know you or your lifestyle, to be able to fulfill your dream. I could communicate openly with the contractor he took the time to really listen to what I wanted.

FDutton Matter Construction
On April 15, 2009 I drew up a written contract with Dutton Matter Construction. Terry Dutton insisted on 1/2 of the money $2500.00 given to him so he could purchase supplies to repair my deck and overhang that was destroyed in a Feb 2009 ice storm. He and a helper brought some lumber to the site and the helper started the project. On April 23, 2009 Terry came and asked for another $1700.00 "so he could pay the help". When I protested he got angry. I ended up giving him the money. From that day on there was very little work done and what was done was of a very poor quality. I began to doubt whether either of these two guys had the amount of experience they bragged about. Terry gave me every excuse as to why he was not here working on my repair project, "I'm sick, it is supposed to rain, I have to go to Florida". Then he just would not answer my phone calls. The last day any work was done by Dutton Matter was on April 28th,2009. I never did see Terry Dutton do any construction work. He hauled lumber etc. but never did any construction work. After a month went by and still no co-operation from either Terry Dutton or his worker I started a small claims court proceeding. The sheriff served the papers and Terry Dutton did not show up for the court date. I won the case but since he does not own anything or have a bank account, there is no way to collect my money. This man is a con and a thief.
