Recent Review: Fairly good. The pitch in my roof was not good so they had to install a membrane. Originally the roof leaked and it took two weeks for the repair to be made. I had to make a temporary repair myself. The repair was made satisfactorily but damage done to the ceiling I had to repair myself.

Recent Review: Mr. Bolin was wonderful! He cam out in the pouring rain on Monday to a**** and see what needed to be done. As soon as the rain stopped and dried up things one of his crews came out and fix the leaky exhaust and also repaired two others. They worked fast and I am very thankful for the wonderful job and no leaks. Thank you mr. Bolin and company!

Recent Review: We wound up with bigger problems than we had when we started.  Spring storm came through, causing a large tree limb to fall on house.  Small leak in entryway, roof damage and cosmetic damage resulted.  Contractor was supplied through State Farm Insurance.  Contractor claimed to have some form of preferred status with State Farm (this claim was later proven to be false) and started process of roof repair.  Leak was stopped; but rest of job like gutter repair, painting, etc. was left undone (including minor damage the person giving the estimate did during estimate) due to claims of heavy workload at the time.  In August, finally got contractor on the phone to ask him when they could finish, was told they "already WERE" finished so we agreed the person who did the estimate would come out to verify that it wasn't done.  Contractor arrived, agreed that it wasn't done and proceeded to demand payment in full.  Refusal on my part led to an attempt at intimidation and veiled threats from contractor (in front of my kids, no less).  Told contractor they'd be paid when they finished the work and not before.  Bargaining ensued where he asked for smaller amounts of money, then demanded I tell him what I wanted done to complete the job.  Told contractor to refer to the estimate he'd provided State Farm and that just painting over half-dollar-sized holes in the trim wasn't acceptable, and that he would not be paid anything until they actually completed the work.  Contractor threatened legal action, claimed I "no longer had the money to pay him" and, once again, disappeared.  End of December 2011 brought rain and a much greater leak than the original one began.  Hired a real contractor who did more work, finished promptly and did so for ~1500.00 less than River City Contractors.

AExteriors And Moore
The process went very well.  Mike Moore provided a quotation which was very competitive, provided a date to perform the work that worked with my schedule and need.  The crew showed up on time, performed the work, cleaned up as promised.  A 1-yr guarantee was provided.  What's not to like?

Mr. Bradshaw came to my home promptly to inspect a roof leak and submit an estimate. He quickly located the source of the problem and quoted me a very fair fee. He then offered to repair the problem on the spot, and did so. I am very pleased, and would certainly use this gentleman and his company again.

The price was great, the workers showed up on time and did the entire job in one day, and even cleaned up after themselves. I've never had a problem with the roof leaking or having to have them come back out to fix anything. They are great!

Mike was very punctual and responsive when I called.  I feel like that he was very honest about repairs that needed to be done.  He could have told me I needed a new roof and I would not have known the difference.  As a woman I appreciate that he did not try to take advantage of my lack of knowledge.  Work was done when he said it would be done and they cleaned up after themselves.

FDouglas Metal
From the very beginning the roof leaked over the porch. Two times Douglas Metals sent workers out to my home to try to correct the problem. To no avail the roof still leaks. With-out ever coming out to the property, the operator of the company has suggested that the leak is a chimney issue. This claim makes no sense to me in that, foremost I don't believe the leak is related to the chimney, plus the chimney was installed prior to the installation of the roof. Douglas Metals didn't ask to rectify or address any issues on the chimney before they installed the roof. The bottom line is that the roof leaks putting the structural integrity of the at risk. It's not good for the plywood sub-roof to continually get wet every time it rains. It is beyond my comprehension why Douglas Metals chooses not to resolve this issue.

FAll Seasons Roofing
Previous home owners hired All Seasons to roof our house as a condition of sale. After we moved in, first time it rained, roof leaked. After repeated calls they sent a man. He patched chimney flashing, which stopped leak. But company would not accept responsibility for repairing damage (warped paneling, etc.). Rocky Koon, Jr., told us they roofed over two areas of dry rot at the request of the previous owners. In our book, a reputable contractor would not do that. Even when offered the opportunity to bid on a re-roofing job (because we have the ugliest roof in the neighborhood), Rocky Jr. no longer returns our calls. We are reporting All Seasons Roofing to The Better Business Bureau in addition to severe reviews in Angie's List and elsewhere.
