It went very well! The serviceman from Williams Mechanical, Inc. Called to let me know he was on his way. Upon arrival he was very polite and professional. He examined the unit and determined the problem. David told me he was going to get the part today and return. He returned in a timely manner and fixed my air! He also helped me figure out how to program my thermostat to the times I needed. He was super nice and I will definitely call Williams Mechanical Services again and let my friends know how great they were!

We had an air-conditioner that was installed in the house before we came in. It is still under warranty. The first time he came out we were having trouble with its heat pump and he found that whoever installed it initially they only had a two relay switch which was not using all four tracks of the heat pump. So it was not working efficiently. He replaced it and did not charge us anything because it was under warranty. They also told us that there were some ducts and vents in the attic which were not insulated adequately. So they went up and wrapped insulation around it and everything and they charged us $55 for the inspection and they charged $25 for just to wrap the insulation and everything else was free as it was all under warranty.

After receiving a quote from another company, we called A-1 Heating and Air in Jonesboro. They responded quickly and were very nice and professional. The technician found the problem and located a replacement part nearby at a local store. He purchased the part and installed the piece, fixing my heating unit within 24 hours. What I liked best about the experience was the honesty of the technican and those I spoke with from the company. I do not believe I was over-charged or mistreated. I will definitely use them again in the future!

Their pricing is a lot lower than mostly all the other HVAC companies in my area. They are very very professional, their work is reasonably priced. They explain exactly what they are doing and break it down so you understand. They are a really really good company. I wouldn't call anybody. They are God fearing men and that are the best type of men to work on your house.

The problem was not fixed, and lady in office was very rude and unprofessional due to misunderstandings about the billing. I believe the billing terms should have been discussed prior to services being performs and not just assume they would get cash on hand with dealing with a commercial business

We have two heating units in our house and the downstairs unit was not working. Repair USA responded to the call fairly quickly. However, while in my house, the technician called a local store looking for a part to fix my unit. He was dramatic in his exclamations regarding the price of the part. He completed his call and quoted me a price of $600 due to the cost of the part. I called A-1 Heating and Air, who also responded quickly and found the same part at a local store for less than $200. We paid them $300 for parts, labor, and honesty! I will never use Repair USA again and will not recommend them to others.

They showed up about 2 hrs from my phone call late in the afternoon. They replaced a capacitor that had gone out and noticed my freon was very low also. It was late and they were going to have to check for leaks on outside unit and the one in the attic and wanted to come back the next morning. I agreed and they returned the next day, found the leak on copper line on outside unit, fought off a swarm of blood sucking mosquitos and got the problem fixed.

Recent Review: He did come at the appointed time, and looked at the unit and stated that she did not have any free-on in her unit. He completed the work and left. One week later my daughter turned her AC on and it was not working. She called on numorous occasions that evening and the next day, but received no response. My husband had tro call another provider and was told the "board" in her unit had gone out, fixed the problem and there has not been any additional issues since. I would not recommend this service at all.

Recent Review: We called the company on Sunday morning after a very hot Sat without AC. The answering service (?) answered and said we would hear from someone within 1/2 hr. The phone rang 20 mins later, was told by the technician he would be at our house as soon as his current service call was completed. He called again to tell us he was headed in our direction. The communication was very profession and fantastic. The repair was done quickly and we were soon enjoying cold air again. Will be calling again next time we need assistance and/or maintenance. Recent Review: Arkansas Air had installed our heat pump 5 years ago. They did a great job at a reasonable price. Last week, the heater would not turn on, even though the thermostat, motors, and circuit breakers all seemed to be working. Arkansas Air came out and inspected the entire system. They found that the problem was a blown fuse on the blower unit. They replaced it, but were not able to find the reason why the fuse blew. They showed me everything about the unit, and walked me through what they had found. They were not satisfied with not finding why the fuse blew and told me what to do in case it blew again. They charged me $115 for the visit. A week later, the fuse blew again. I called them to tell them what had happened. They then walked me through the process of troubleshooting the unit over the next hour. At the end, we had found the problem and fixed it. They did not charge me for all of this help that they provided. Outstanding, and amazing. I was convinced of how good they were after the installation. After this latest, they get all of my business.
