I bought the $299 for eight hours deal, but my hubby had all the contact with them. He said when he called to make the appointment, the female was very nice and set the appointment up when he wanted it, which was at 10 a.m. Someone called yesterday to remind us of the appointment and told hubby that it was $75 extra if they had to go into the attic. Hubby called me at work to see if I knew about this, and I told him I did, but I didn't know if they needed to go into the attic. This morning (Jan 22), when hubby got back from the post office at 9:15 a.m., they were waiting in the driveway, an hour early. He brought them in and they went to work. We were having electrical problems with some outlets not working, and the light over the sink and in the garage not working at all. According to the receipt, they ran line to the patio for two outlets and a ceiling fan, as well as installing the outlets. They ran a new line to the garage. They installed some new breakers in the panel. Hubby said they were professional and quick, and were done at 11:15. Hubby had bought wire and a couple of outlets. The electrician used all of it, plus some of his supplies, so we paid another $204.60. Everything is working now, except for one outlet which was hard to get to. I think if I had been home, I would have found some more things for them to do, because they were there for only two hours. But, as of right now, they did a good job.
