Recent Review: Extremely responsive in giving a written estimate and following up with a date when they could do the work. Estimated 3-4 days to do the work. Finished in 1.5 days. Called, each day, before they arrived to make sure it was still convenient for me. Workers were professional, courteous and friendly. Repaired water damage in ceiling. Room looked better than before the damage. I plan to use them again and will recommend them to anyone who asks. They covered floors and cabinets to make sure they were clean. They cleaned as they worked and cleaned up after finishing. Even cleaned parts of the garage floor where they worked.
Would not give a written estimate. This shows traits of a dishonest company that will add on issue after issue once a project starts and will cost homeowners lits of money.

ASERVPRO Northwest Arkansas
The men did a terrific job! At 5:45 a.m. I discovered water in about 1/3 of finished basement--a broken supply line under the bathroom vanity, which had been leaking for a few hours. Our insurance company had Servpro of Northwest Arkansas respond and Kevin was here at 9:30 a.m. to start paperwork, followed within a few minutes by Jose and Dustin with equipment to remove the water, and start the drying process with fans (22 of them!) and two large dehumidifiers. The baseboard molding was removed from four rooms, and was done with great care. Those baseboards were taken outdoors and sprayed with antibacterial/antifungal material and laid to dry (on a covered deck). Within four hours they had this "first stage" of the project done. They estimated 3-5 days drying time (it has been hot and humid here). One person came back each day to check the drying progress, and it took only 3 days. The equipment was carefully removed and loaded in their truck when they finished. All three of the "crew" were professional in appearance and demeanor. They answered questions with a smile, and were sincere in working the job to their, and my, satisfaction. I could not be more pleased with their work and the timeliness of their arrival, and conscientious manner of treating our property and their knowledge and training for the job. We would definitely call them again.

The weather was unusually cold during the first part of the work (April 2014) and that retarded the drying time of the drywall mud such that the popcorn peeled when the paint dried.. The owner came out and inspected thoroughly and identified problem areas that I had not noticed. They repaired and repainted everything in reasonable time. I give them an A++++++++.

AHandyman Matters of NWA
The ceiling water damage repairs were made but the damage occurred again. We called a roofer to replace the shingles. Handyman Matters returned and fixed the damage again without cost to us. The damage occurred again, so Handyman Matters called in a roofing specialist to determine the cause. The new roofing company did more repairs. Even though it was not the fault of Handyman Matters, they continued to repair the damage without cost to us until the source of the problem was fixed. They were always very prompt, courteous, clean and kept us informed. A very reliable company.

AR & R Custom Contractors
It went very well. They were friendly, professional, proud of their work and absolutely did not mind answering our millions of questions. They cleaned up after themselves and did not leave a mess (wish our children would follow suit). The bathroom subfloor had water damage due to cracked tile and they realized the original contractor had used the wrong type of flooring. They corrected that, replaced the tile, added more support in the basement and basically made our previously ugly bathroom pretty again. We plan on remodeling the entire home and will be using them.

My entire downstairs (approx. 1200 sq. ft) flooded with black water and was discovered late Christmas day. Ronnie and Marvin's crew showed up that evening and worked until 11:30 pm cleaning up the worse and sanitizing everything. All furniture that was damaged was removed and the rest stacked in the few dry spots that were available. They used heavy equipment for 3 days to remove the moisture and then have worked every day until 2/4/2013 to tear out and replace walls, molding, bathroom and carted off over 6 trailer loads of water damaged "stuff". Once construction was completed, all furniture was moved and everything was left spotless and even better than when they started. R and R has the correct certification to deal with the contamination from my "flood" plus I could trust them 100% to be in my house without my having to be there. They kept me informed of everything that they were doing as well as offered suggestions to try and save me money where they could (insurance co. would not pay). I am so impressed with R and R and would definitely recommend them for whatever you need done in or outside of your home!!!!

Our house was in bad shape after years of neglect. The roof was rotting around the edges due to water damage, and the paint was peeling off the exterior around the entire house. After getting estimates from two other contractors, we gladly accepted Tim's offer, which gave us much more work for the money we had available. Throughout the process, numerous structural and safety issues arose that required additional repairs. These were all taken care of without adding on large additional charges as many contractors would do. We had originally thought we could only afford a new roof, but Tim gave us a break on pricing due to the condition of the house, and when it was finished, we had a new roof with all new soffits and gutters, new siding and trim around the entire house, and all exterior doors and windows replaced with new, energy efficient ones. When all work was done, the crew cleaned up everything so well, that you could not tell work had been done. It looks like a brand new house, and we love to drive up to the house and just look at it and admire how much better it looks. In addition to the way he helped us out, we are personally aware of others that Tim has gone out of his way to help. We feel blessed to have found someone who goes out of his way to help others, rather than just make every buck he can from whoever he can get it from. I would highly recommend Tim for any job around the house.

FNORTHWEST RESTORATION INC
We had a home fire on December 21, 2008. Our Farm Bureau agent suggested I call a fire restoration company to secure the home from any further damage. Brian Blankenship, Adjustor, Farm Bureau Insurance, and Bill Collins, Northwest Restoration (referred to here as NR) immediately came to our home. Mr. Collins told us he couldn’t do any more to secure the home than what was already done. We discussed that we did not want them to do any of the repairs; we had contractors for the repairs. Mr. Blankenship and Mr. Collins discussed what items NR would be responsible for (none of it was for restoration of the destroyed structure.) NR was only to pack the contents of the areas affected by the fire, cover everything in plastic, remove the furniture, store everything in the garage and tear out the fireplace area where the fire occurred. They did not do the work as was originally agreed. NR then sent a bill (labeled an estimate) to Mr. Blankenship for $7242.40; depicting items they say were done to my home. We told the adjustor we wanted to immediately fire them because we weren’t happy with neither their work nor their attitudes and the estimate. Mr. Blankenship told us to go ahead and let NR complete their originally discussed cleanup because it would confuse the entire process if we fired them at this point and brought in someone else. Around January 26, we received the same bill and a check for the full amount of the original estimate. I again called the adjustor about our concerns with the totals. About February 26 I received another check from Farm Bureau for $8061.62 for NR for more cleaning. I took all 13 pages of billings and went through line by line marking items billed and not completed. i.e. Cleaning and deodorizing carpets that were actually replaced with hardwood flooring; cleaning linear feet of baseboards that don’t exist; ozone treating the entire premises but not done. Jeff with NR called on March 6 and wanting the sign the checks. I mentioned the issues with the billings and the checks wouldn’t be signed until the bills were corrected. Within minutes, Denise (owner) with NR called me and said my adjustor had no issues with the billings so why should I? Again, I said the checks wouldn’t be signed because the billing was not correct. She asked what problems, but since I didn't have the billings with me, it would have to wait until Monday when I had the file. She said it would be Tuesday because she was leaving town. March 6, I faxed 13 pages of corrections to NR and my adjustor. That afternoon George Davis, Farm Bureau Adjustor, called and thanked me for my detailed notes, said he was now my new adjustor and agreed that I should not sign the checks over to the restoration company until we all went through and the bills were corrected. If I signed the checks I would be committing insurance fraud. Denise wanted me to sign the checks over to them and cut me back a check for over $1000. This is insurance fraud.
