Recent Review: For one thing, once he came, you had his word that he'd stay until the job was finished.  None of this business of starting a job, then disappearing.  Also, Jeff explains what he's doing and why he's doing it.  He doesn't mind stopping work to show you what's going on.  Everybody on the job was polite and friendly.  Would we hire him again?  Already have.  He's coming back later this summer to do a bathroom renovation.

Recent Review: Overall we are very satisfied with the work done. Jeff Wilkins scheduled all sub-contractors and the work was performed as scheduled with some delays because of rain. All sub-contractors were friendly and very professional. We will use Wilkins Remodeling again in the future.

Recent Review: This is the second time we have used Eddy and it won't be the last. In fact, we have hired him to return and replace the tile flooring in the master bathroom suite in a few weeks.  Eddy is pleasant, professional, efficient, responsive and does excellent work. He tried his best to match the ceiling paint over the island in order to save us the expense of having to paint the whole kitchen.  However, the paint on the ceiling had aged and it could not be matched.  He always cleans the area well when the work is done and hauls off any scraps.

Recent Review: Approximately 5 month extensive remodel of 1953 ranch style house. James Lewis and partner Mike did excellent job as contractor to coordinate the work with other service contractors, adjust job items as needed and oversee quality of work in general - very easy to work with and straighforward in business dealings. Mr Lewis provided a detailed estimate of all the job items requested. Changes made in costs due to change in materials or additional work needed were discussed as work progressed and provided at invoicing - the detail made the invoicing clear and easy to follow. Any changes required - we ran into further electric and plumbing repair needed - were discussed and approved beforehand. Of special note was their willingness and ability to meet a move-in deadline; I was leasing another residence during the repair. All the workers involved in the different stages of work were professional and great to work with - they were meticulous with their work and ensured it was top quality. You could tell they took pride in their work and worked well together! Partial list of work accomplished: Removed old exterior siding and replaced with Hardiboard siding; replaced all windows; attic and wall insulation Demo of bathroom; rebuilt bath with walk-in shower and tub; tile shower, tub surround and floor; walls wainscot "beadboard" Built new master closet, remodeled existing bedroom (2) closets "Bump-out" of old bedroom to square off house living space Contractor for electric and plumbing repair and replace Contractor for Hardwood floor refinishing Overall a very good experience and would recommend Lewis and Company without reservation.

Recent Review: Gordon and Phil completely took out our old bathroom where the shower pan had been leaking into the laundry room, and built a brand new bathroom for us that is absolutely spectacular -- we receive compliments every time guests visit our home!   The job went very smoothly, the subcontractors were prompt, professional, courteous, clean, and all completed their jobs on time. We had a minor problem with the shower door not fitting quite right but Gordon contacted the sub immediately and it was fixed the very next day to our complete satisfaction. The tile work around the den's bar area was very complicated and required great attention to detail -- Gordon's crew did a great job with seamless results. They were very clean and every evening they tidied up before they left, as did the subcontractors.  We barely even knew they were there, they were so quiet and respectful.  On many days, I had to be at the office and simply could not get home to make some quick decisions that I initially thought I should be there in person for, and Gordon was very willing to wait on the job until I could be present.  However, by then he had earned my trust with his thoughtful decisions, and he obviously had listened when we were discussing the job because when I told him to just do whatever he would do for his own family, he did so without adding additional costs (unless it was a change order that we initiated), and he implemented the needed details with great precision and knowledge of our likes and dislikes. We will be using Royal Concepts again when we do a complete master bathroom remodel, in addition to a complete kitchen remodel once we save some additional funds.  We wholeheartedly recommend Gordon and Phil -- besides their great sense of professionalism, they are simply very nice people! Oh, and by the way, the reason we were able to do the extra work in the laundry room and the den was because their initial bid for the bathroom came in so reasonably priced that we decided to complete the extra work for the same amount of money that other contractors were charging just for the bathroom.  Totally satisfied with our decision! :)

It is a total mess. I have a half done remodeled bathroom, my cabinets and doors. I've tried talking to them, have problems with them the day I got with them and they're still trying to call me. If you saw it, you would never know that it had ever been remodeled or touched. They didn't take the wallpaper off, didn't paint it and I spent almost $7000 for them. All they did was put a new shower, a new cabinet and since we paid in cash, they went ahead and gave it for free. If you go in our bathroom, you're gonna see exactly the same bathroom, same wallpaper and same paint. It never was done so no, I'll never use them, I'm not giving them the credit and I hate to say that and I hate for this to happen to someone else. The first thing I told that man when he came in, "I want the wallpaper off, I want the walls painted differently but it's still the same color." Even my drawers have no knobs, two of my doors take halfway out then I got patches of wood that shows. The guy that did the work was pretty good. I know he messed up a little bit on cabinets and stuff but he was here on time, left on time and he was excellent. The salesman used church as an excuse why couldn't come.
