Recent Review: It was painless. The lady came in and got everything cleaned we had on our list in the time frame we paid for. Felt very trustworthy. We literally gave her our garage code and she got started before we were even home. Love this company and will use them again!!

Recent Review: Mike was on time (called the night before to confirm) and was knowledgeable. I knew that I needed wooden ramps for my dog with back trouble but had no idea how they should look. He drew out his plan on paper and then gave me a cost estimate. He went and got the wood and other necessary supplies and came back to build them. I couldn't be at home during the lunch hour, but he told me he had to give an estimate nearby around that time so it was no problem for me to leave. When he came back, he did the grout repair job in our upstairs bathroom and was still finished before 5:00 p.m. The total cost matched the estimate very closely. I was very happy with his design and the work he did.

Recent Review: James Dunbar, owner of Classic Restorations, came in after a water line on the dishwasher broke and flooded the kitchen and  surveyed the damage. Worked up a plan of restoration, submitted plan to insurance agent, got approval and started destruction. They had to rip out the hardwood plank flooring, appliances, cabinets, drywall, sub flooring, carpet in adjoining hall, pad, sub flooring, wall studs and footings. While waiting for dry out, James worked with Jill Lawrence, interior designer from Little Rock and came up with a fantastic design. This plan was approved by us and the insurance company. After removing floor, cabinets, island, ceiling, appliances, drywall, the restoration began. James working with his expert crew Wes and Charlie built custom cabinets, pantry, broom closet. The ceiling got indirect lighting on dimmers. The new counter tops were installed and white ceramic back splash added. We decided to go with all new appliances in stainless. James came up with a really spiffy custom made hood with neat adjustable lights under the hood for lighting the cooking service. White ceramic tile floor made the kitchen seem 3 times bigger and much brighter than the previous dark hardwood plank flooring. The professionalism was evident through out the entire job as they cleaned up at the end of each work day. They showed expert  touches like double coating interiors of all cabinets, caulking all seams, grouting and sealing grouting, adjusting all cabinet doors and drawers for alignment and spacing. It was a real pleasure to work with a real professional craftsman and his crew. It was an overall excellent  rather than a royal pain. Classic Restorations is over the top recommended. Thank you for a great job.

Recent Review: The bath remodel went fairly well until I was advised it would cost extra for a door to the shower. That took another few months to be installed.Than it did not fit and when after 6 months he finally arrived it was hung crooked. He left several final things like grout at the door entrances, ceiling fixtures, light switch covers unfinished until he "could get back".He on 2 occassions stated he would be back than either not show up or cancel at the last minute. He damaged the trim on the door but it took almost 6 months for him to get back to finish the repair. The last time he was here to finally finish the remodel job (after 6 months) he dripped paint all over the carpet. He has never sent receipts for the work as promised as well. VERY UNRELIABLE,DOES NOT FINISH WORK TIMELY.USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Robert, the owner & Derrick, the co-worker came in, fixed and finished the kitchen beautifully. Robert knows when, what and how to do the work and finishes it. He then built a beautiful 26' x 11' deck and installed a slider to it. He is professional, does quality, extensive quality work. No one else will do any work on our house, but AllPro!  His work is exquisite, the deck is a piece of art! He has already scheduled to do many more repairs to our house.

DTIM THE TILE MAN
The laborers set cracked tiles in backsplash. Thank goodness I caught it before they were grouted! Also, they agreed to install T moldings between the tile and hardwood floor. They did not have any glue, so they left it unfinished. I called Tim about the moldings, and he started huffing and puffing. He would not come back unless we paid him $25. He even tacked on the $5 for glue! Later that night, he called to tell me I needed to add another $65 to the bill. He said 18" tile cost more, and he bid it wrong bc my husband said we were using 12" tile. BIG LIE! We had the larger tile selected many weeks prior to his bid! I knew he was trying to nickel and dime me to pay for his guys to put in the moldings. I told him I purchased the grout (which was in his bid) for $40 and I never tried to get him to take it off the bill. In short, Tim did not deliver what he promised and tried to squeeze every cent out of me he could. He needs to learn customer service, especially when he makes a mistake.

AJust Face It
The tile is beautiful. He had to work around a circular staircase which was difficult. The size was 20 X 20 which also made layout somewhat difficult, but it turned out great.

FMid-America Tile
He was very responsive when I hired him to replace the tile in our master bathroom. He did the work while we were out of town for a long weekend. We selected porcelain tile and he suggested epoxy rather than regular grout which we agreed to (and paid for). The only issue was a a "nick" in my vanity top which he said he would fix. I had also asked him to replace a couple of cracked tiles in the shower in the master bathroom. When he pulled off the cracked tiles he discovered that the backing was extremely wet. He would need to replace the tile in the entire shower. I told him then to use the same tile we used for the floor because I didn't want to be without our shower for very long. (My husband had back surgery not long ago, and it was difficult for him to go downstairs and step into the tub in order to shower.). He indicated that he would do the demolition while he was waiting for the tile. I didn't hear from him for over 2 weeks. When he finally came to do the demolition he discovered additional issues behind the tile. To be fair, the job turned out to be more complicated than was first thought. However, he would not show up or communicate with me for weeks at a time. We had to get a plumber involved because the tile we selected was thicker than the tile that was originally in the shower. The plumber helped supervise Jeff's work and had to get a carpenter involved because the new wall Jeff put up was not square and wasn't sturdy enough to not give way if someone fell into it. After almost 12 weeks without use of our shower he completed the work late one night. The plumber came the next day to install the plumbing fixtures and noticed several issues ... The tile in the corner was so close together that grout couldn't get in there, the holes for the plumbing were so large that the trim for the fixtures did not cover them, there were areas on the floor that weren't completely filled with grout, and one of the corner shelves was cracked. (I've attached some pictures.). I contacted Jeff and he told me he would take care of everything. The last time I heard from him was October 27 (over a month after I had last contacted him) saying he would be here soon. I asked him to tell me where he got the grout/epoxy, the brand and the color so that I could go buy some and hire someone else to finish his work. He wouldn't provide that information. I finally had someone dig some of the grout out and took it to the tile store and they were able to match it. Now I know why he wouldn't provide the information I asked for ... he used regular grout and not the epoxy he charged me over $1700 for! And, of course, he didn't fix the nick in my vanity.

AHandyman Matters of NWA
Jeff turned up exactly on time.  He ripped out the toilet, some tile and the carpet from the guest bath.  He put down a new backer board (which I hadn't thought to buy) and tile I had purchased and grouted the floor and then placed the new toilet.  He was very professional and courteous, laying tarp over the carpet leading to the bathroom and cleaning carefully when he finished.  He took off the baseboards and replaced them when done.  He listened to my concern about a vent under the vanity and dealt with it so it would be removable in the future.  He did a lovely job on the tile, laying it out brick fashion the way I wanted. I would have Jeff back for work in my home any time.
