Initial phone contace was professional. Repairman was on time, professionally dressed, took shoes off when entering, introduced himself and showed i.d. When he was finished, he asked for a broom and cleaned up his mess.

Nick Price is the owner. He has done several projects for me. He has added a carport on my house and remodeled my master bedroom and bath. He is reliable. He is here working all the time. He is easy to work with. He does good work. What I pay for and what he does meets my expectations. I am very happy with his work. I would definitely use him again. I have sent him a list of things and I am waiting on him to get back to me with an estimate. I searched a long time for a contractor for the carport and I was very perturbed with the contractors until I found Nick.

Working with Robert Crenshaw is a wonderful experience. It can be very unnerving to remodel & we have had those experiences. But, Robert is honest, on time & trustworthy. Uses proper materials (never would sneak inferior materials in on projects) and he knows what he is doing. He is awesome! Would never trust any other and will always use AllPro!!! He is able to do anything one needs done!!!

They helped us decide on the tile color and the type of sink and hardware for both the sink and shower. Overall the workmanship was excellent and the time it took to complete was about a week. They came on a Monday morning and put the finishing touches on the following Monday. The glass doors were put on Friday. This included the time it took to let the shower pan dry. After that they installed a new drain and started the tiling so they were ready by Friday for the glass door. They took away the fiberglass shower stall and cleaned up after themselves.

AThe Maintenance Co
We took bids from several contractors to redo our master bathroom. We wanted a large whirlpool tub removed on a window wall and a nice shower installed. We wanted the old, small shower removed and the toilet moved into the old shower alcove. Being on a slab, this was a major project. We selected TMC to do the job and met with George and Dean to order materials and set a start date. We were told that the project could take up to three weeks. Dean and his crew arrived early on the first day of demolition and worked late to get a good start. The crew were hard-working, friendly guys who worked well together. Hammering up the floor was a major part of the job and the messiest but the men did very well at containing the majority of the grime to the immediate work area. Besides the shower and the toilet move we also had a window removed and a solar tube installed, we had a new exhaust fan installed, a new soffit built above the shower, a linen closet installed and the porcelain floor in the bathroom and dressing room replaced. The work was well coordinated and completed within two weeks and we are extremely happy with the finished product. The charges were fair, the crews were great and the workmanship is excellent. We will call The Maintenance Company for any future remodeling or home repair needs. They are competent, reasonably priced and easy to deal with.

This is the second time we have used HMM and we could not be happier! Our craftsman Jeff is the absolute best. He is punctual, polite and professional. We had them replace a jetted tub with a clawfoot soaker tub, remove a stall shower and replace with a tiled shower and remove large wall mirrors and replace with smaller framed units. Jeff was there every mornong, worked all day and made great progress every day. When we came home he had finished up for the day and cleaned up all the evidence that he had been there. The job was done in budget and ahead of schedule. Communication was great and constant.

We used Bobby and his guys for our plumbing during whole house remodel. They ran lines for our propane stove, grill and fireplace. They were great, very thoughtful about spacing, symmetry and how the fixtures placement looked In the design. Stayed late to insure we were leak free, and always called right back if I needed something. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for, right? I would definitely have them back.

Recent Review: I have used them because of the guarantee and I have used them before, that's why I use them again. If you have any problem they'll come and fix it or else replace it for you. Although they're a little pricey, I would say overall they're excellent.

Recent Review: Crowdsourcing site for interior and architectural design. Interesting service and if you are comfortable with internet shopping and a little risk, IMHO, worth the cost.  My project:   Redesigning kitchen and family room (great room concept) and we needed interior design/style advise for the project. The site posts a "competition" for the project, you determine what amount of money to offer for the competition (site recommends an amount, but the customer is free to change if needed.) Within 20 days, we had 20 designers signed up for our competition from all over the world. In the end, 8 designers submitted designs. We picked our top 4, rated all designs and the top three were selected based on ratings -- one from France, USA and Serbia. Honorable Mention went to country of Georgia. First, second and third place received a portion of the award money.   Pros and Cons:  You, the customer, must be comfortable with the risk of paying for something and not knowing if you'll like the result. For me, this was part of the process and an acceptable risk.  You don't have a face to face consultation. The site has a "wall" where you can post ideas, photos, communication with the designers or architects. I resolved this by posting my houzz.com design book on the wall to give designers ideas of our likes, dislikes, etc. You can also post requirements and constraints for your project. Toward the end of the competition (a deadline is set when you submit a project) a lot of communication occurs with the architects and designers. Expect it, it's part of the process.  The website is fairly rudimentary. Online/chat help is available but is somewhat hit and miss.  You can send designs to friends and family to rate. This is helpful in making a decision.  Overall, we got a number of ideas between the designers and were very pleased with the process and project.

Business Description: WFR Carpentry Services is an interior and exterior home remodeling business. I (William Reed) am the sole employee/operator. I do complete gut renovations, from demolition, to reframing and rejoisting, sheetrock, floors, custom cabinetry/shelving, custom islands and other furniture, tile, and painting. For exteriors I build decks, patios, privacy fences, tree houses, stairs, and replace/repair exterior facade components. I do historical restorations as well. I have 10 years experience in the building trades industry, from initially working on historical buildings in New York City to doing gut renovations on private homes there, then transitioning into cabinetry in Portland, OR to finally starting my own carpentry service business back in my native Ozarks in Northern Arkansas. I work on an hourly rate plus all materials, this sets me apart from many other contractors who operate on an "estimate wage principle" meaning that they quote the homeowner a certain amount and then slowly do the job after they get money upfront. I am only being paid while I work for you on your project. If I'm not there, you aren't paying for anything!! I learned this practice while working in New York City, it keeps everything on the level and you(the homeowner) happy!!!! Furthermore, I only work on one project at a time which means you will always be the priority!

Recent Review: The Floor Store was so awesome - they helped me pick out the tile for my floors and the perfect granite counter tops to fit my style. The installers were on time and cleaned up after themselves. The staff always kept me apprised of what was going on and what to expect.
