Recent Review: Dunlap construction consulted on my home Remodeling project. Brent Dunlap lined up all the trades and gave me estimate of massive Remodeling job and stayed on budget through out. Brent scheduled all trades and made sure all things were done correctly the first time. No short cuts taken and Brent only brings in knowledgable sub-contractors most of which he has worked with for many years. Instead of pricing the customary 20% profit and overhead, Brent is truly a consultant. He does everything a contractor does, and he makes sure the job is done correctly and when that job is done he will present the bill for that particular completed job after he has inspected it and both you and he are satisfied. The home owner then pays the sub contractor. In doing the job in this fashion as a consultant Brent Dunlap Construction is able to charge less than the normal 20% Pand O. My family is very happy with the project we worked on with Brent Dunlap Construction and highly recommend him!
Recent Review: Everything went very well, except the counter top in the bath. I was not home when it was installed & when I saw it I thought it was not what I had picked out. Turned out it was the same kind but a different piece. My contractor saw my displeasure & offered to replace it at his cost, but I wouldn't let him. I learned a valuable lesson when picking out things to be sure I get my name put on the piece I want. We are very pleased with the result of our upgrades & would highly recommend Tom Wolfe dba APEX Remodeling & Handyman Services LLC.

Recent Review: I have used them because of the guarantee and I have used them before, that's why I use them again. If you have any problem they'll come and fix it or else replace it for you. Although they're a little pricey, I would say overall they're excellent.
Recent Review: After some research, getting other estimates, and reading on-line reviews of Wilkins Remodeling, I chose Jeff Wilkins to change out my elderly mother's tub to a full size walk-in shower. Jeff is a professional, has an experienced crew, and completed the work in approximately a week. I would highly recommend Wilkins Remodeling.
Recent Review: The work performed was excellent! I can't say enough nice things about Delta KB. Very organized and professional. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new bathroom (what I had done). The care and quality definitely shine through

BDISTINCTIVE KITCHENS & BATHS
The service was good, they subcontracted the part were the vents on the ceiling that got some leak issues wherein it took some time to get fix, that was the only complaint but the remodeling part was great. I would consider hiring them again, but for subcontracting matters, it should referred and approved by me.

I didn't use him because his price was a little too high. He was professional and I had ideas I wanted to use and he didn't have a problem with using my ideas.

FStart 2 Finish Construction And Remodeling
Hired when they came out for roof repair to do remodeling on home. Was given a quote for remodel, Not one things was completed out of the remodel. States can finish project has to do other jobs to finance which should not be the case. Project started in September of 2017 and have given a lot of time to complete. Til this day no completion and only excuses. I am pursuing other avenues for resolution there is a lot more to say but Including front yard looking like a dump zone.

Approximately 5 month extensive remodel of 1953 ranch style house. James Lewis and partner Mike did excellent job as contractor to coordinate the work with other service contractors, adjust job items as needed and oversee quality of work in general - very easy to work with and straighforward in business dealings. Mr Lewis provided a detailed estimate of all the job items requested. Changes made in costs due to change in materials or additional work needed were discussed as work progressed and provided at invoicing - the detail made the invoicing clear and easy to follow. Any changes required - we ran into further electric and plumbing repair needed - were discussed and approved beforehand. Of special note was their willingness and ability to meet a move-in deadline; I was leasing another residence during the repair. All the workers involved in the different stages of work were professional and great to work with - they were meticulous with their work and ensured it was top quality. You could tell they took pride in their work and worked well together! Partial list of work accomplished: Removed old exterior siding and replaced with Hardiboard siding; replaced all windows; attic and wall insulation Demo of bathroom; rebuilt bath with walk-in shower and tub; tile shower, tub surround and floor; walls wainscot "beadboard" Built new master closet, remodeled existing bedroom (2) closets "Bump-out" of old bedroom to square off house living space Contractor for electric and plumbing repair and replace Contractor for Hardwood floor refinishing Overall a very good experience and would recommend Lewis and Company without reservation.

AA State Handymen Inc
I'm currently still in the bid process/DIY mode as we cope with the aftermath of unexpected water damage in our bathroom, which has necessitated a total tear out of a walk-in shower, tub, and floor tile. Rob at A-State came recommended from some folks we know who had a great experience with a large living area remodel, and he's been awesome to work with. He spent more time on premises that anyone else, and was incredibly generous with both his local contacts and his general knowledge as we worked to save money on the remodel. He ended up giving me free advice on products and process as I started doing my own demo work--including stuff like mold removal and control--and I wouldn't hesitate to use A-State for this or for other jobs. I might add that I contacted two other remodeling companies--one Angie's List favorite in Little Rock along with a local Conway big-name outfit--and I was so much happier moving ahead with A-State. (Of the alternatives, the former was slow, impersonal, and overpriced; the latter was okay but felt a little too much like a fast-talking sales guy who was short on answers to questions about latest techniques.) In the end I may do a lot of the work myself for financial reasons; if it turns out that way, this review is the least I can do--Rob been first class, and I wish I could hire him. I still might, and likely will for future reno projects when we can actually budget for them.
