ARussellville Hot Tubs & More
I called and they responded immediately. I bought a new house that had an indoor endless pool and a hot tub. I didn't know how to work either so I asked for someone to come out and show me. He was out the next day and we found a leak in the hot tub. He came back out as soon as the part came in and installed the new part. Very curteous and prompt.

ATownley Pool & Spa
They delivered the hot tub and had it up and running that same afternoon. Since then, we have had a couple of things happen. As first time hot tub owners we didn't do so well on the weekly maintenance and needed some help. They serviced the hot tub competently but we were surprised by their $50 mileage fee. Note: We live exactly 25 miles from Townley Pool (according to Mapquest). They charged an extra $50.00 for the monthly service they provide, and even when their technician stopped first at a place less than 25 miles from them, they still charged the full $1 per mile fee. Then, later we noticed the hot tub was leaking. It turned out to be a cracked fixture holding an underwater light. That job was done in a timely manner and no mileage fee was charged. They did an excellent job from installation to helping us maintain the pool. One note: If you are buying from them you might want to ask about mileage fees if you don't live in Little Rock. We went to Townley because of their reputation and their service quality. Because this was a major purchase for us and we had not counted on spending so much for monthly service, we cancelled our service plan. Both of us are disabled and servicing our hot tub is difficult for us to do physically. Nevertheless, we love our new hot tub and appreciate the good work done by Townley and its employees.

ADavis Plumbing & Repairs
John was knowledgeable and very experienced. He worked closely with Northwest Marble for the remodel of my guest bath. He was prompt with his appointments with us, and his work was perfect. We are so pleased with Davis Plumbing we are going to request John do the plumbing for the removal of my master bath Jacuzzi for a soaker tub. Thanks John for the great work.

ANorthwest Arkansas Pool And Spa
Jeff of Arkansas Pool and Spa identified the problem with my spa and made sure it was fixed correctly. It was a tough job, and right over the freezing cold Christmas and New Years holidays. Jeff stands behind his work and is very courteous and professional. I couldn't ask for better communication. I recommend this company without hesitation, and will definitely call on them again in the future.

AHandyman Matters of NWA
These guys are wonderful. Ken came out and provided an estimate for various jobs that I needed doing. He always calls to verify appointment and is always punctual. He installed a vent fan/light after someone said that it would be too difficult. He installed 2 towel racks that I wasn't willing to attempt because I had new tile where they needed to be installed and he installed them perfectly. He fixed a switch on a jacuzzi tub that ended up saving me over $2000 because at least 2 other people had told me the tub wasn't worth fixing and would need to be replaced. Yet, one hour of his labor and it's running just fine. I will use them for various other projects that I plan for this fixer-upper that I recently bought.

AR & R Custom Contractors
Ronnie and Marvin were on time with all request and extremely responsive. The bid was $8K less than the next closest contractor. They were able to take our design and build what we wanted/envisioned, creating a spa-like retreat for my wife and I to enjoy.

Everything this man touched he made worse instead of better. He installed no less than 4 light fixtures and left wires spliced. He didn't even put some of the wires in junction boxes. My grandson could have touched hot wires. He failed to tell me he was not a licensed electrician. I later found out he was in trouble with the State Board of Electricians. It took a licensed electrician 5 hours to repair his mistakes. He installed a garbage disposal and installed a jacuzzi tub. There is a heat register right when you come out of the where we could get electrocuted. He also installed the jacuzzi so that it is very difficult to service the. The tile work he performed was crooked. He installed storm doors and I was supposed to get tax rebate paperwork from him which he has failed to provide. One of the doors he installed was the wrong color than what I had asked for. Once we told him we were not going to spend anymore money with him he finished up and left. He left extra holes where the safety bar was installed. The grout is cracking and so is the caulk around the sink. They installed modeling that doesn't even match the rest of the molding in the house. He hung up an expensive cabinet that had been chipped. If I would have been informed of this I could have taken it back and exchanged it. He also hung this cabinet way to high. I had a prescription for the Jacuzzi so I requested an invoice for Jacuzzi so that I would be able to add it to my medical expenses for the year and take advantage of the tax credit. He refused to provide me with it. The door he installed in the bathroom don?t even shut properly, neither do the hot water tank doors. The bolts on the toliet are too long so that caps don't tighten down. There is a trip hazard coming out of the bathroom that has caused me to stub my toes on multiple accounts. He used the old broken trim from our old doors on our new doors and now you can see daylight through it.

FLINDSEY'S POOLS & SPAS
I called Lindsey's pools before bringing my spa pump in for repair and was told Richard the owner/tech would be calling me. I spoke with Richard who gave me a verbal agreement over the phone that he would look at my pump and If he couldn't fix the pump he wouldn't charge me. I brought my pump up to the store and received a call from Debbie that we would need to order parts to fix my pump. I provided my card info to order the parts and a few days later received a call from Debbie that my pump was ready to be picked up. I had my spa pump put in and was still having issue's finding out the low speed of the pump wasn't working. I called Debbie brought the pump back up to Lindsey's and received a call from Richard that indeed the low speed of the pump wasn't working and during our conversation wasn't tested before I brought my pump in for repair. Richard advised me to replace the motor but it would be cheaper to purchase a new pump online. I called Debbie at Lindsey's pools what they would do for me since I paid $167 for parts and labor and the pump still didn't work she said she would have Richard call me. Richard called me and said he would check to see if the parts could be returned. I received a call back from Debbie telling me that the parts couldn't be returned and I asked her my verbal agreement with Richard was if he couldn't fix the pump I wouldn't be charged, she said she would have Richard call me. Richard called me and during our discussion he said the parts couldn't be returned so I asked him what he was going to do since I paid for something that didn't work. Richard said there was nothing he could do to refund me what I paid and didn't offer me anything to fix my issue. Awful service and do not recommend Lindsey's pools to anyone.

AHandyman Connection of NW Arkansas
We've been working with them for 6 or 7 years, and they've always done a great job. Everyone who has ever come out to the home has been very professional. I keep coming back to them year after year because they always do what they say they are going to do and it is always top quality. Also, the price seems reasonable.
