Recent Review: They showed up in the morning, removed all original equipment and installed all new equipment by 3PM. They worked very hard and did an excellent job. I had to provide protective covers for the floors and washer/dryer which were next to the furnace while they did the replacement which they should have provided themselves. When they were finished they cleaned all areas and worked with me on the operation of the new system. They were much lower in price than any of the other company's I had quotes from and did what I consider a very good job.

I would give them an F. They came and they never did anything, but their prices are unbelievable. They warn you it's gonna cost $79 to come out to your house. I said alright, because I was having trouble with a humidifier. They came out and they said okay what's your problem and I said I'm having trouble with my humidifier. He goes I hope you know that's going to cost you another, I think it was like $140, for us even to look at it. I mean, come on! So anyway, I would rate them an F, mostly just based on their price but also based on the fact that when they did look at it, they didn't know anything at all about it. They had no idea what they were doing, not a clue. So I feel perfectly justified in rating them an F, and that would be probably in every category because I really was unhappy with them. He actually talked me into instead of paying the $140, they said well if you'll start up a contract with us, that's only $200. That would negate all of this; it would be a flat $200. And so that would have been cheaper than paying the $140 plus the $79, so I did that. And then when they said they didn't have any idea how to fix it or anything, and that I was going to have to go back to the people that put it in, well then I was just out $200. So I felt cheated, and that's why I'm so unhappy too. No, I would not get them again, and I don't care if they know it. In fact, I called the office and told them when they were trying to set up a date for them to come back out here to do some more work because of the contract I had with them, and I told them I didn't want them in my house at all. I would not get them again and I would not recommend them to anyone else either. Update---Once the company found that we gave them an "F" rating on Angie's List the service manager Tracy reached out to us and offered to come out and do our seasonal check for free but we did not want them out on our property again. We asked Tracy to refund us everything except for the original service call since they did come out. Tracy did state that had she known about this during the time she would have been able to handle this issue but we called the company and complained when this first happened and she never tried to offer any resolution and now she is working with us because they have been notified that we left the F rating on their profile.
