Twenty years ago our home was built and the bathroom was designed with a fiberglass one piece shower and the tub was a soaker but had no luxury, everything was that "man made" culture marble, plastic look of the 90's. It was just not functional or very attractive. Erik came in gave us lots of different choices and helped us design the bathroom to fit our needs. He was so creative and such a professional and knew what we expected. He helped us chose our colors and which tile and stone would match. He and his small crew worked well together and quickly. Erik and his crew were on our job everyday from start until finish, they worked tirelessly and steady for the three weeks it took to complete. They were always punctual and took care of our home as their own, laying runners over our carpet areas and picking up their mess and vacuuming the traveled areas before they quit each day. We gave a down payment at the beginning of the job and then divided the remaining money owed into 3 other payments paid out each Friday.  We were so impressed with his crews honestly, I had dropped a clip of money equaling around 1100 dollars it had tumbled under the foot of my bed and I had no idea where the money had went. Later that afternoon Erik approached me with the money and told me where it was found. I was completely grateful I thought I had lost it at the mall earlier that day and was so relieved to have the money back. We have another bathroom and possibly a kitchen to redo. We will always hire this company for every repair and remodel we have to do.

The results were better than we could have imagined. From the time we broke ground, the estimated time of completion was pretty close despite working during the winter and having a couple weeks where no work could be done. The contractors were friendly and paid attention to the details we gave them. Mike was awesome with his follow up, making sure everything was done the way it was planned! He is a stickler for cleanliness and the little details that meant a lot to us with our addition. We added a master bedroom, bathroom, closet, guest bedroom, guest bathroom and mud room; remodeled a kitchen, turned a bedroom into a laundry room and closet and a bathroom into a pantry... paved a very steep driveway and poured a sidewalk and double parking slab. all in 4-5 months. Not to mention we live in an area where it is difficult to find builders/contractors that will show up much less complete a job. Excellent job and we would certainly recommend him!!!

Our new kitchen now has lot more storage and functional. Thanks to the careful planning, design and execution by the Prime Management's Team. The master and hall bath are well done too, utilizing our small space efficiently and within out budget.

Like the other three jobs we have had Erik and his crew do, it went very well. We have a second house on the property. It is considered a pool house. We had the bathroom redone, had them add a door from the pool into the bathroom. They tore it out, put it back together with a terra-cotta tile. This job included the laundry room adjacent to the bathroom and the small covered patio that leads to the pool. Great job looked wonderful as expected. Great guys.

We had two baths remodeled. At the end of each day, the cleaning and straightening up was very good. Eric kept us up to date on what the next day or two plans would be. Bath 1 was a complete tear out and replace, bath two we replaced the tub with a show and added to the closet where the original shower had been. Eric furnishes labor and you furnish the "pretty" items like fixtures, tile, towel holders. They used top of the line materials. We did ask for a couple of things, not in the original estimate and ran into a major wiring issue in the 2nd bath redo. We negotiated a price change that day, very fair, and moved on. The wiring was run midway down a wall instead of in the attic or near the ceiling. Caused some major rerouting, we didn't know so it was an understandable cost increase. Eric is an extremely fair person to deal with, he wants the job done right.

Started well had a few bumps along the way with rotten floor studs which had to be replaced and new plywood or subfloor. Bathroom came right along . Contractor said it would be 7 working days turned into 9 1/2 working days. His men where very professional tried real hard to keep things clean and laid down dust runners on the floor and carpet to keep from tracking dirt. Looks great Bathroom is very pretty my wife says. I am happy.

The job went very well a little longer then we excpected but that was due to all the water damage our shower in the other bathroom caused from years earlier. The bathroom was completely tore down to the studs in one day. The next two days were replaceing the floor studs in the floor that hold up the floor. Then on the second day a Jack and support beams wear placed on both ends of the bathroom under the floor to give better support to the floor, and all the plywood was replaced along with all the plumbing and electrical was redone. The Third day all the drywall boards were hung and in the afternoon anther man and helper showed up to "mud the walls" as Mr. Denton put it. On the fourth day the bathroom was painted with a first coat of paint and then the new tub and surround was installed. On the Fourth day the vanity and sink was put in place and a second coat of paint was applied. On the Fifth day the mirror and light switch was installed and concrete board and some orange membrane thing with a German name was put down. The following Monday the tile was done Then on Tuesday the grout,  towel bars and toilet went in along with all the final touches were done. I was very impressed. GREAT JOB!!!

Recent Review: It was a free estimate. I liked their professionalism and the level of demonstrated knowledge. I liked the honest feedback and recommendations. Daniel Holland, the owner, said he could do all of the project but he recommended working through an architect first to develop plans to protect me and my investment because of the investment involved.  I would use them.

Recent Review: The work was preformed over a 3 month period and was done to my satisfaction. Mr Dellinger has gone over and above what I would have expected as far as making sure everything was repaired to our liking. I would highly recommend Mr Dellinger's company if you have repair or remodeling needs.

Recent Review: Working with CliqStudios was a fantastic experience. We really enjoyed working with Miranda Montooth, who was extremely helpful in ideas, patience, and information about the CliqStudios product. The cabinets are made in America, which we liked a lot, and come in lots of different styles, which was hard for us to find for any cheaper. We've added some before and after photos for you to see how our project came out.

Recent Review: Crowdsourcing site for interior and architectural design. Interesting service and if you are comfortable with internet shopping and a little risk, IMHO, worth the cost.  My project:   Redesigning kitchen and family room (great room concept) and we needed interior design/style advise for the project. The site posts a "competition" for the project, you determine what amount of money to offer for the competition (site recommends an amount, but the customer is free to change if needed.) Within 20 days, we had 20 designers signed up for our competition from all over the world. In the end, 8 designers submitted designs. We picked our top 4, rated all designs and the top three were selected based on ratings -- one from France, USA and Serbia. Honorable Mention went to country of Georgia. First, second and third place received a portion of the award money.   Pros and Cons:  You, the customer, must be comfortable with the risk of paying for something and not knowing if you'll like the result. For me, this was part of the process and an acceptable risk.  You don't have a face to face consultation. The site has a "wall" where you can post ideas, photos, communication with the designers or architects. I resolved this by posting my houzz.com design book on the wall to give designers ideas of our likes, dislikes, etc. You can also post requirements and constraints for your project. Toward the end of the competition (a deadline is set when you submit a project) a lot of communication occurs with the architects and designers. Expect it, it's part of the process.  The website is fairly rudimentary. Online/chat help is available but is somewhat hit and miss.  You can send designs to friends and family to rate. This is helpful in making a decision.  Overall, we got a number of ideas between the designers and were very pleased with the process and project.

Business Description: We have seasoned employee, contractors and subcontractors with extensive knowledge of the specific field in need. Our initial trip charge for a repair is 75.00 with a 45.00/hr rate on most quick turn hourly jobs. Most of our work is quoted as a complete turn key proposal and not hourly. New construction initial visit usually has no fee. We tackle jobs most contractors shy away from, and use products most contractors don't understand. The products we sell last so much longer, do a better job and cost less to operate therefore we do not have call backs that could cost you more money than the initial investment. We can provide a warranty others do not, such as a two year labor and three year product warranty on most of our equipment. We build it right. Our invoicing depends on the project. If it is hourly its due upon completion. Projects are on a draw basis usually four (4) draws 40%, 40% 15% 5%. This can vary. We are a Specialty Construction Company with in-ground pools and in-ground storm shelters. WE DIG IT!!! 4U.
