Recent Review: Excellent service. Did a complete remodel on an older house. Tommy stayed true to his price quote and was available on the days we were ready for him. Would recommend Tommy to anyone. In fact we are calling him to come back this week so we can get started on our guest bathroom.

Recent Review: I found this plumber on Angie's List and gave them a call. The person was very pleasant and made the appointment to come out the next day. He fixed the gas leak and pressure tested our gas line and actually charged us less than the original quoted price. The only negative thing I would say is they never got back to me with a quote for some other plumbing issues we wanted fixed. We would definitely use them again.

Recent Review: Arrived on time.  Work completed ahead of schedule.   Courteous.  Although the charge was significant, it was worth it.  They tied into my existing gas line in the attic, ran a long run of copper inside a wall, installed all the valves/connections for a gas stove (was previously using an electric stove.)  You don't want to mess around with gas - I wanted a plumber that I trusted and they didn't disappoint.

FP&C Heating and Air Conditioning
My initial contact was good.  Daniel came over and provided a thorough assessment of the house and made some sound suggestions about how to deal with the heat and air distribution in the house.  That was the end of my good experience.  Since that time contacting them has been difficult.  The following are a list of complaints that prevent me from using them again or recommending that anyone give them business.  Note many of the complaints center around the items I assumed to be in the contract for the installation of a "new" HVAC unit others are more service oriented.  I will certainly be more explict in having the next company define what they mean by "new".   All in all my experience with them has been the most frustrating of my entire remodel, which as been extensive.  I regret using them and overall feel scammed.  1. Most times I left messages and never heard back.   2. I had no idea when the installation crew was going to show up to do the job. 3. When they did show up they would stay for a few hours then leave for several days.  During this time I received no communication from the main office.  I was forced to call to find out when they would return to finish the job. 4. Part of the contract was removal and disposal of the existing duct work. They removed it and dumped into a construction dumpster that I had paid for.  I received no reimbursement using my disposal facility.   5. They used a pre-existing concrete slab from a previous unit and once again I saw no reimbursement for using materials already existing on my property, though I am certain it saved them some money for not having to provide it. 6. They used pre-existing ductwork within the house ( but replaced duct work beneath). I was OK with this, but received no reimbursement for the use of these existing materials and the savings on labor. 7.  They did not replace the boots at each of the registers because they were worried it could damage the existing hard-wood floors.  I was OK with this once it was explained to me after I noticed it and called many times, but again it saved them money in material and effort and I received no reimbursement for this. 8.  The did not replace the existing registers except where I had thrown some out to work on the floor.  I begged for additional ones and received a few more.  I am still missing 4 registers. 9.  They told me that in order to attached the gas line to the unit I would have to pay an additional 200.00 dollars.  Again, one assumes that "new" includes actually demonstrating that the heat and air function.  At P&C it does not.  My plumber will hook up the unit.
