Recent Review: We called Ronnie and he came the very next day to give us an estimate.  The work started within two days.  He and his son did the work and arrived promptly at the time agreed upon.  They completed the work without any delays. Ronnie and his son are very skilled and experienced in everything they do.  They are very personable and friendly while working.  When they finished, everything was exactly as we requested.  We will certainly recommend them and call them again in the future.

Recent Review: They started in November 2011 and they finished up at the end of the year. It was still a little rough and they finished that off and on. They finished on time and had 95% of it done by the end of the year. He took care of everything. I was out of town and couldn't handle any of it. He subbed out the air conditioning plus he has his own contractors, too. They were good but it wasn't cheap; we paid for it. My problem was that I wasn't here and I needed someone I could trust. We had been putting it off for ten years and we finally got it done and I didn't have to worry about it. He's sort of a stickler for doing it right and he made sure it was right. I hope I don't have use them again but I would use them again. I don't want to spend that kind of money again.

His customer service is the best we have had in this industry.  Jason and his crew were always on time and always willing to go the extra mile.

Recent Review: I enjoyed working with Patrick. He's easy to talk to, and very professional. He answered my questions, and provided a detailed estimate, on the spot. Later copies of the estimate and invoice, generated by computer, were accurate, complete and attractive. Patrick communicated well with his crewmen, and made sure that work was done as we had agreed. The crewmen were friendly, skillful and efficient. The work looks good, and included the interior of my screen porch, which I had not expected. During the job, I asked about some add-on work, painting bathroom cabinets. The price was reasonable, so we agreed to do it. I later realized we had forgotten about a cabinet in another area of a split bathroom. Patrick had that cabinet painted at no extra charge, in the interest of completeness. Not counting the power washing, done several days early, the job lasted 3 full days, performed by 3 workmen, with Patrick providing support and possibly additional labor. That's as best as I can figure, since I was not there most of the time. I made one suggestion to Patrick, for future consideration. My house is about 15 years old. The shingle molding available to make repairs was not quite a perfect match to what is on the house. His carpenter had removed small sections -- about 12 inches long -- of rot, and put in the new material. That's normal repair. But, I'd prefer not to have 2 imperfect joints so close together. I'd suggest using longer pieces -- possibly full 8-foot sticks -- for each repair. The extra material would have to be figured into the cost.

Very smoothly, a lot more smoothly than I thought it would go and not near as much money as I thought.

The overall job went well. I was told by Mr. Bob Andrews, that the two member crew are originally, from Guatemala. The two men were hard workers and respectful. Even though they sanded by hand, they left a fine residue of saw dust on the inside few inches of the cabinets. We should have completely emptied the cabinets or covered what was left inside them. The entire job looks professional. Painting cabinets and doors is a big undertaking. The wall which was painted a different color looks great. They painted over the wall paper. Frankly it was the best thing they could have done. They used sheet rock mud to cover the seams, sanded, primed and caulked before painting. Oil based paint has a very strong smell. You may want to request low VOC paint.
