Recent Review: I work in commercial real estate development and property management, and have worked with all types of contractors for 30 years. Carmichael was the best contractor I have ever worked with. I can't say enough good things. Their pricing was fair, they were on time, completed the work quickly, coordinated subcontractors well, had the BEST subcontractors, and kept everything as clean as possible. Brothers, Charles Carmichael (on-site supervision) and Al Carmichael (office) were a joy to work with in every way, and they wanted to make me happy, not just do a job. For example, I had a difficult wall paper border in my kitchen that two other painting contractors had looked at over the years, and wouldn't touch. I did not have the border removal in my original scope of work thinking it was just too much to try to do, would cost a fortune. and I wouldn't be happy with the result (as happened previously with a different contractor removing master bedroom border). Near the end of my job, when I mentioned it would look so much better if we could have taken the border down, Mr. Charles said "We can do that!" Even after I explained the obstacles to him, he said "We can do that!" and quoted me a very reasonable price. By then I trusted him enough to know if he said he could, he would .... and he did! He put his guys right on it, told them how it needed to be done, and I now have a beautiful kitchen with everything done just as I really wanted. The Carmichael employees and subs were always very professional. They were in and out in 3 days. Day 1 = demo and electrical, Day 2 = Granite install, Day 3 = painting, misc repairs (including the added border removal and painting entire kitchen which had not been planned on). They didn't ask for any money up front (other than I paid the granite subcontractor directly 1/2 when order placed and 1/2 when installed). They made a kitchen remodel go as smoothly as a kitchen reno could go.I am so glad I got to know these guys, because they are moving to the top of my list for commercial work. Reviews for Kitchen Remodeling in Plantersville

AFISHER BUILDERS
Fabulous, only way to describe it. He has a full service designer on staff that drew plans for everything; his employees and sub were knowledgable; prompt; curtious; consistant; stay on task; cleaned up at the end of each day; and kept us informed of "what happens next". Mr. Fisher presented a contract and price which was not the lowest price, but we believe we really got more for our money with less stress and inconvenience. About a month after they had finished, we found a small piece of cracked tile. We called and Mr. Fisher had someone out that same day to take care of it.
