Recent Review: Absolutely fantastic! We are renovating a "new to us" older home and have needed to call him back a couple of times for extras. He is very responsive. Plus, he does great work for a great price!

Recent Review: My husband contacted Punchlist to drywall our basement and they ultimately ended up doing much more than that. The drywall and installation of doors was approx. $10,000. Then we added a drop ceiling and painting. The drywall work was very professionally done and the finish excellent. We have had many painters in our house over the last 13 years but CJ by far is the best ever. They are very responsive if something isn't done to your liking but most of the time they point out things to you that you hadn't even noticed. The drop ceiling looks wonderful. We requested that they change it around some so we would not have quite as many small pieces and they did that without extra charge. The cost exceeded the original estimate because we added additional work. Ron works within the estimate he gives you. The only thing I would suggest is that you get one estimate for all the work you need. You will get a better price from Ron if you get the estimate for all the work you want done. If you piecemeal the work, they may have to finish one small job and come back at a later date for the next. This ends up taking additional time and additional cost. The price, though, is always fair because they work extremely hard.

Recent Review: I called another painting company on the list. They referred me to Mr. Holloway who lives closer. Mr. Holloway was prompt and quite professional. He worked around our schedule and even came on a Saturday. He is a quality painter and everything was perfect when he finished. He even cleaned up. Couldn't be more thrilled. I plan to use him for two more jobs in the next two months.

Recent Review: It took about a 1-2 weeks to get on their schedule - not unusual. Once they came and assessed the situation, they sent a proposal. After we accepted the proposal it was about a week or so before the work started. After they were finished, about 10 days, I invited them to come back and review the work. They were pleased. A bill was emailed and was less than the estimate, as they were able to use the existing tile holders. They also took out all the old lighting and replaced it recessed indoor flood lights. All this was complicated by the fact that the ceiling is a dropped ceiling - since this was a cement basement all the wiring and duct work had to be worked around. They did a magnificent job. My wife and I could not be happier.
