Recent Review: I went to several other sales offices, and got the "our Hot Tubs" are better than the other brands because blah, blah, blah.  When I got to Jacuzzi of Pensacola it was very straight forward.  They just simply said look at our standard Warranty and Coverage and go back and look at their competitors.  Jacuzzi brand was almost double the length and did not have any percentage reduction after the first year.  One particular brand stated 100% replacement in the 1st year after purchase and then 25% reduction for each consecutive year until it was at 0%.  All this was hidden text way in the back of the warranty package.  Very well hidden in fact. Jacuzzi store went out of their way to show us the pros/cons of each model they have.  They asked my wife and I if we would like to try a "Wet Test".  We identified the 2 models we were most interested in and came back to the store the following night at closing time.  They invited us in and both models were full of water and had the temp set at 99 degrees.  We were invited to get into both tubs and try them out.  We quickly decided which one we liked and started talking costs.  We determined a price we both agreed to and I asked for a day or two to think about it.  They said no problem, and off we went with ZERO Pressure. Came back the following day and bought the model we liked.   Delivery was set up for 2 days later. Delivery was GREAT.  The actual owner showed up with the delivery to make sure everything was as we expected, and answered all the questions we could come up with. Very pleasant experience, and I would strongly advise anyone looking for a Hot Tub to read the warranty paperwork carefully and shop around.

All Services Pool And Spa
Recent Review: They were recommended to me by Vaughns Pools. I had a leak and they identified it and repaired by replacing seal,2 O rings, and replaced wet end.. Materials were108.00 and  labor was 90.00. This included two trips from Milton. Father and son  were both very courteous, on time, considerate, and professional. Would definitely recommend them. Hoping the leak is fixed and won't need them again, but would call them without hesitation.

FBlue Angel Hot Tubs & Pools
I purchase a hot tub from them with a warranty. The blower pump broke after 5 uses of the hot tub. I then began the with the mess they call a warrranty. This is the process Blue Angel gives me a number to call to the manufacturer Premium Leisure. They tell me they will have a tech call me, he did and says he wants me to trouble shoot this with him, and wants me to go out in the hot sun take apart the pannels and he will walk me through this,no problem right? wrong I am in the middle of a bad shingles attack on my face and is sensative to the sun and the medication I am taking is strong and leaves me not in control of my actions. I told him this and he said sorry but if I did not do this I would have to pay the contract tech in my area 75.00 to come out and do it. So I said I will try and went out to remove the panels. I looked at the screws securing the panels and they were not a standard or a philips head screw but a square hole. I told the tech this and said I do not have the proper tool to take it off, he then tells me to jam a phillips head into the sqare hole and try to turn it, well I know enought that if I did that I would strip out that square hole and then I would have to drill out the screw. I told him this and he said to do it anyway I refused and told him I would pay for the tech to come out and troubleshoot it, (some warranty huh) The tech came out and said your blower is shot. I said I only used the tub 5 times, he said yeah I have had multiple complaints about Blue Angel Hot Tubs and what they sell and their warranties. So I said how do we fix it he said Premium Leisure will send you the part and charge your credit card for it and when you send the old one back they will credit your card Maybe! I said what about your labor for installing the part. He said that they may or may not pay for it. I am still in the process of getting it installed. So I do not know yet what I will have to pay. My point is should a person have to go through this? Joyce from Blue Angel will not return any of my calls. What ever you do stay away from Blue Angel Hot Tubs and any Premium Leisure spa products. I will be forwarding a copy of this letter to the Better Buisness, and my State Attorney Generals Office.

I went into the store with the water sample. The gentleman was so nice. He did not try to sell me and quot;everythingand quot; In fact, wanted to know what I already had ( supplies) and spent a great deal of time with me to help me know how to service the tub.

We had a bad time with service & follow through. The owner would lie to us about things & not return phone calls. The overall job ended up very nice, but it was like pulling teeth. Like they would come to fix a problem & they'd show up & say they didn't have the material & they'll be back tomorrow. Well tomorrow never came & it would be 3 weeks worth of phone calls that they didn't return. We'd email & after a period of time would respond, but it was just like pulling teeth all the time. The communication was very poor, the follow through was very poor & the service was very poor. I certainly would never do business with them again. I used them about 26 years ago & made the same mistake of using them again. I was taken advantage of both times. The experience could've been better & they were non-responsive.

ABlue Angel Hot Tubs & Pools
I was very satisfied with them. They did a pretty good job for me. It was perfect because I got what I paid for. It's a one-person operation. The gal who does the selling is efficient but I sort of had to solicit for information because she doesn't volunteer a lot of information. For the most part, she's helpful as can be. Her husband and some of his colleagues came out on a Saturday and they put it where it needed to be. I have no problem. I'd recommend them to others.

ABlue Angel Hot Tubs & Pools
The service didn't take long because all we needed was a wire changed over, but he went over the whole tub and checked out the parts and explained how everything worked and what parts cost in case anything else went wrong. We were up and going in 15 minutes. They are the only place that had parts in stock and a great prices. I picked up some aromatherapy units for my Tiara Spa which cost $8 each online and I would have paid extra for shipping. It only cost me $6 each.
