My experience with Reese Plumbing started on 12/23/09. After a year of them coming out every 2-3 months and snaking out my stand pipe for my washer at 80.00 a visit, I called Tommy Reese personally and wanted to know what else could be done. They guys he normally sent out had never offered me any other options. He suggested installing a sump pump. We agreed on a price of $650.00. The day it was completed I called Tommy to inform him that water from the washer drain was backing up into my upstairs bathroom tubs. He told me he would get with his guys and call me back. Since this was during Christmas time, I gave him 2 weeks and then had to call him back. After leaving several unreturned messages with Deborah over a months time, I decided to give up and knew that they would come looking for payment sooner or later. I had paid nothing up to this point. Finally got a bill from them (my first) in March saying it was seriously overdue so I wrote a note on it and mailed it back. The next day, Tommy called and wanted to make things right. We made an appointment for 8:30 the following morning. I gave him until 9:30 to show up. I called him at that point and he said he never made an appointment with me. I had taken a day off from work just to meet with him and told him that if he didn't come right then, he was out of luck. He shows up and says there is nothing he can do except snake out the drain one more time. After listening to alot of unprofessional dribble about how bad his life is, we agreed that I would pay 1/2 of what I owed and be done with it. Two months later, as I am having major renovation done in my downstairs, including adding a shower, the construction crew hired Roto-Rooter to snake out the main drain and found a clog in a clean out in the middle of my back yard. Reese plumbing never even checked that. Now all my pipes run smoothly. I would never recommend Reese Plumbing to anyone.
