Recent Review: I contacted the company to get a quote on a bath room upgrade.  Someone from the company emailed me back promptly with a rough estimate based on the job description and bathroom size.  The quote was more than I was ready to pay.  i am hoping that in the next few months I will be able to reevaluate the project.

Recent Review: The company was very professional. I sent an email inquiry asking about costs and a timeline for service. I was called back by someone from the company later that day to discuss my options. They were even willing to come out and do a free estimate of the project.

Recent Review: Phase one demolition and construction was completed on time, and just slightly over budget due to our additional work requests or changes to architect plans. The garage and living space approximately 625 sq ft, then became our home during a majority of phase two. Phase two demolition and remodeling was completed in about 10 months, and over budget due to whole house termite infestation which destroyed 60% of the homes framing and foundation. We did have a termite bond from a great company, that paid for the overages due to the termite damages. The contractor provided daily briefings for us regarding progress and expected work items. His crews were always courteous and respectful. They maintained a clean work area, and took special precautions removing the old siding which may have contained lead paint, creating hazmat area and clean up station. Contractor is licensed for lead removal, always an issue with older or historic homes. Contractor was flexible and accommodating when we made work order changes, or asked for changes to existing work. Very pleased with our old new home. Completed in phase two, kitchen upgrade, master suite and bathroom, laundry room, sunroom and bathroom upgrade. Increased over all square footage by 500 sq ft

Recent Review: Fantastic! I can't say enough good things about Jeff and Danny and the quality work and service they provided. Each one has been an outstanding example of how a relationship should be with a contractor. They cared for this property like it was their own....and it shows. They were prompt in communications, made great recommendations along the way, and managed the project from start to finish with honesty and integrity. My wife and I plan on doing more investments in Pensacola and we will exclusively be using Gulf Coast Home Improvement for our larger remodeling jobs.

Recent Review: There were some delays depending on when sub-contractors were available.  The crew cleaned well at the end of each days work. The one finished job that did not fully satisfy me was totally redone.  The contractor was on site each day as often as needed.  My husband's specific needs were the driving goal during the entire project.  Small yet helpful tasks were performed as they occurred without additional charge.  One example was exchanging the sink removed from the bath being remodeled with the one from another vanity.  Overall we are very pleased and would not hesitate to use Sanborn Builders again and recommend them to others.

ADream Baths Of Alabama, LLC
The Gentlemen of Dream baths of Alabama did a great job. The first day they methodically demolished and removed the old bathroom completely. It will create a lot of dust as with any remodel, so cover anything in that area you want to stay clean and close as many doors as possible. The men replaced all of the plumbing supply lines and drain lines. They installed a new acrylic surround with an overhead light, showerhead, spigot, and controls, sliding tub doors, and a new high-rise commode. My husband and I had previously purchased a vanity with faucet, mirror, and light,  towel bars, and toilet paper holder. The men installed all of these items for us. They also installed a new tile floor and baseboard. The whole bathroom received a fresh coat of paint, that we supplied, on top of everything else they did. My husband and I are very pleased with the quality and particularly they attention to detail that our crew from Dream Baths provided. Thank you Charlie, Josh, and Steve for your professionalism. We love our new Bathroom it is worth every dime we spent.

Chris is a great guy. He is hard working, punctual and precise. He has now become our plumber of choice and we will continue using him for all of our plumbing needs. He was recommended highly to us from a family friend and we checked his company out here on Angie's List and found a great review also. I would recommend him to anyone that has any type of plumbing need.

ARestoration Style
I live in Texas.  My vacation rental property is in Gulf Shores, Alabama.  I wanted to spend only 2 weeks at the rental property in December during the reno so I needed the remodel to be done in 10 days.  I had the condo rented to guests near the end of December so I couldn't afford for this project to run over time.  Also,  I wanted to be back home to Texas for holiday preparations!   While planning this remodel, I received several estimates and met with several contractors while I was at the rental property in October.  I was really disappointed with the quality of people, their unprofessional-ism and questionable price quotes.  I went home to Texas and did an Angie's list review and found Dan and Restoration Style.  We sent him photos of the project and he was able to quote a price from the photos.  He was prompt with his responses and very clear on the cost for the scope of work.  We took a big risk and hired him without meeting him, hoping all along that he would show up, the work would be a quality job and completed in my narrow time frame.  Much to my relief, Dan and his helper, Ben, showed up promptly on the first day of work.  I could tell right away I'd made the right choice.  They did the demo with very little mess and hassle.  They picked up the products I had purchased from Home Depot and did the installation seamlessly.  They problem solved and came up with creative ideas when things weren't cut and dry (retro-fits can be a little tricky). The guys cleaned up before they left each day and always told me what time they would return the following day.  Dan's helper Ben was especially hard working, professional, very knowledgeable in his own right, funny, tattoo-less, didn't have saggy drawers and was a delight to have around for 10 days! The guys finished the reno in 10 days, right on time, and did exactly what they said they would do.  I looked forward to them coming each day and I didn't feel I needed to keep a watchful eye on the work.  In fact, many days during the reno, I went out to   run errands, confident that everything would be right when I returned. I highly recommend Dan's company, Restoration Style.  I will have Dan and Ben back when I decide to remodel bathroom #3.
