When I found Vulcan Appliance Repair, Josh came right out the next day and had everything working perfectly the next day. This company was recommended by Frigidaire for warranty work on our dishwasher. They did a great job of getting our broken dishwasher fixed within about a week, just in time for Christmas.

Smooth, considering we had two dishwashers fail. I rated a c on quality because two dishwashers failed, but they really did everything expected to resolve the problem.

Service call is flat $49.99 regardless of time of day, weekend or weekday. In less than 10 minutes he was able to determine that my dishwasher wasn't worth fixing. Unfortunately my dishwasher had broken seal which lead to corroded motor plus timer had gone bad. He didn't try to sell me parts, etc., that would have cost more than a new dishwasher. Had there been a single problem he could have fixed it for a reasonable price.

They worked on our LG dishwasher; washer and dishwasher. We have had many problems with LG products and we would not buy any products of theirs again. Service Care, Inc did a pretty good and timely job at fixing the LG products that we had. There was an issue once with my dishwasher with the LG products updating their new parts, and Service Care, Inc. were replacing an whole new design unit for us; but since LG updated their products, Service Care, Inc did give me credit, which I thought was really generous. They always do a good job and always respond quickly; they will also do what they need to do to get you into their schedule due to any emergencies. They are always nice, courteous and polite when they come out too.

ASAP Appliance Repair fixed our dishwasher on the first visit. The man who came out explained what was wrong very well before he began any work. We have had no problems with the dishwasher since they fixed it.

Samuel Eiland explained over the phone how I might fix the problem without having to pay for a visit. His suggestion improved the performance, but still required a visit for optimal results. He did not have the supply he needed on his truck, so did not charge me for the time it took to obtain the supply. Very pleasant and professional.

We were so grateful when Lovelady Plumbing Company quickly responded to Sears request to install our new dishwasher as the initial dishwasher we ordered from Sears turned out to be a disappointment and we could not use it as it was not working properly. Joseph and his employee were fantastic at installing the new dishwasher that we ordered and also getting the garbage disposal to function properly. It was a perfect installation with no problems at all and I was grateful for the quick tips on how to use the new dishwasher as my time was very limited on reading the owners' manuals at that time. Joseph was quite friendly and great at answering questions. We were not charged for his services as Sears took care of that end of things for us. This was a very fine company to work with.
