Recent Review: Quality Craft built a beautiful home for us in Prattville with 2,500 sq ft of living space & lots of extras including custom real-wood cabinets, granite countertops, custom-built mantel, frameless shower door, 11' ceilings in the main areas, wood flooring virtually everywhere with tile in the baths & laundry, and includes a 2-car garage & a covered front porch in a Craftsman-style & a large covered back porch, backyard fencing, Delta faucets throughout, a jetted tub with heater, spray-foam insulation, blinds on all windows, premium architectural shingles, all our windows & doors are trimmed out nicely with premium mouldings, stainless appliance package, and lots of concrete for our driveway & walkway.  We paid only $90 per sq ft for all this at $225,000 & it's ready to move in at that price.  If they can do this as well as they did, I'm sure they can definitely remodel a kitchen or bathroom easily.  We could've gotten a cheaper-priced home elsewhere, but the other builders either didn't include everything needed to move in (and didn't bother to tell us that they didn't), or they had cut the "allowances" so low that it wouldn't have paid for the items we wanted, or it had cheap features in many places like particle-board cabinets or hardly any mouldings, or the proposed home design wasn't as nice & they wouldn't use a plan that I liked that was custom-tailored to me as Quality Craft did for me.
