They did a beautiful job. I couldn't be more pleased. They were fantastic, really nice people. They just were wonderful.

Called HC Blake to quote running a natural gas line and water line from the residence to a new outdoor kitchen (DIY project), plus dig a drain line.  Although the estimate was high, HC Blake began the work promptly a few days later.  The trench, piping, and all valve installations were professional.  The first time using the sprinkler system it was apparent the trench machine hit the line, which can be done quiet easily.  HC Blake came back the next day and repaired the line to our satisfaction. After four months of DIY outdoor kitchen install, HC Blake came back promptly and completed the final hookup of the sink and outdoor grill, tested everything and determined it was setup properly. Overall they were responsive and professional.  Price was high but all work was done professionally and no arguments or "add-ons" for any of the work after the initial June install.  They honored the original estimate.

Tony arrived Friday afternoon, having quoted a good price ($265) over the phone. When he arrived he claimed the price quoted was $285. On arrival he immediately began complaining about the rough in work done by the other plumber and emphatically noted that the disposal could absolutely not be attached to this rough in. He insisted that it would definitely NOT drain properly and water would back flush into the disposal. He then wanted to prove this and connected the disposal to the bottom of the sink. His only recommendations were to tear out the old pipes - going through the back of our brand new cabinets (!) - OR do the job "out of code", creating a make-shift trap with "right angle elbows". I had a lot of confidence in the work done by our original plumber and asked about options. Tony didn't like being questioned and had no other options. Since neither of his extreme options were acceptable, we declined. Tony then requested $45 for the "service" call, leaving plumbers putty all over the bottom of a new $800 sink. Very concerned, we called our original plumber back in. They explained that the height of rough in pipes were required because of our installation parameters. We remembered and understood this. Then, after very carefully measuring our disposal, he then explained that a "deep trap" would work and would be within code. In fairness to Tony, the measurements were close. They were, however, acceptable and would allow proper drainage. We then paid the higher price for a clean, quick and professional job from Atomic Plumbing. The system works fine.
