Recent Review: The workers arrived on time and removed the 3 windows, cutting out the bottom wall and put in the sliding door and windows in it's place. The had to fill in a vent to crawlspave and cement some riverrock stones to match my patio to provide me a level entrance into the house. They were very curteous and cleaned up behind themselves, removing all trash.

Recent Review: The initial consult was great. The salesman was knowledgeable and friendly and straightforward, even tried to talk us out of the more expensive "all-season" option. We got it anyway because it had vinyl siding as opposed to metal. The installation went well at every stage, from permits to cement foundation to construction. The installers of the room were quick but thorough. They tolerated my questions and let me watch the process as I just found it interesting to see how they build those patio rooms. Shortly after the job was finished I broke out one of the windows with a rock while using a weedeater so we got to test out the warranty really soon. As promised, they replaced the entire sliding window (it had to be ordered) at no cost to us, though after 2 years from completion they charge a "nominal trip charge". Most recently (February, 2010), the heating and cooling unit died but was not covered by Champion's warranty. They said they would install a new one if we bought it or had it replaced under Whirpool's warranty (which it wasn't after 1 year), or could install a new PTAC unit like hotels have that would be quieter and easier to maintain for about $2000. That is probably a reasonable charge, but after spending $25000 on the room in the first place, we felt it excessive to be paying for new heating and cooling in less than 3 years.

Recent Review: Debbie worked on my house for about 3 weeks. She installed a new front door and then an entryway floor. Both were done beautifully. She also painted the entire interior of the upstairs of my house. Many of the walls required extensive preparation. When completed there was not a flaw.

Recent Review: P & D is a great company to work with.  They are a self-motivated, diligent team whose goal is to meet my expectations and I have not been disappointed.  Upon request, they offered suggestions for completing projects and recommended quality products to complete tasks or goals. Detached Garage: This improvement added another whole dimension of much-needed living space.  The construction included frame work on a concrete slab, insulating walls and ceiling, hanging sheet rock, painting, building and installing shelves, installing carpet and putting in tile, installing doors and windows, and arranging for siding and roofing. Remodeled, Repaired and Updated 1977 Home:  This included three bedrooms and a master bath.  Carpet was removed, sub-flooring repaired, and laminate flooring installed. In the bathroom, ceramic tile was installed on the floor.  New  bath fixtures were installed.    Wallpaper was removed and walls and trim work were painted. Windows and doors were installed. Crown molding, baseboards, and toe molding were added to complete the rooms.  Closets were not overlooked; they were painted also. One of the biggest challenges was removing popcorn ceilings, sanding and repainting the ceilings.  Ceiling fans were installed.

ANo Peel Painting & Remodeling
Extremely happy with the quality of the work done, and cleanup after work was completed was excellent.? Everyone especially loves my kitchen cabinets.? I could have done some of the work myself (painting, removing popcorn) but Mark did it so much more quickly than I could have, and the quality was much better.? Mark was very accomodating of my schedule and worked with me to make sure I was happy with every bit of work he did.? MY KITCHEN CABINETS ARE GORGEOUS!!!!

AStanley Construction & Restoration
The entire experience with Stanley Construction was wonderful.  They bid the job quickly and finished on time, even after I made some changes.  The different contractors they used were all nice and did great work.  I highly recommend Stanley Construction and I plan to use them in the near future to finish my basement at home.

DLOWES
The door took 3 weeks to come in and then another week before the installer could come put it in. Upon arrival to install it, Installer discovered a bent piece of hardware and was forced to postpone install until replacement was ordered/arrived. It took another 2 weeks for the piece to arrive and then another week for the installer to come out again to install it. I was extremely disappointed that a reputable and well established company like Lowe's would bumble a simple storm door installation, taking almost 2 months from order to final install. Lowe's management apologized profusely and gave me a gift card for my troubles, but I would've preferred to have had the door in on time.
