Recent Review: We did have a few hiccups whilst these projects progressed, but we worked through them pretty seamlessly. He was very professional and knowledgeable, he is definitely detail oriented and a perfectionist when it comes to his work. I couldn't be more pleased with the results in both my bathrooms. He went above and beyond what I expected, he did paint touch ups and added really nice trim to my shower, and he always cleaned up before he left. I do plan on hiring him again to do my fireplace - promise no glass this time! :)

Recent Review: I can't speak highly enough of this company and the professionalism of the men who performed the work at our house. The men arrived early every morning as they said they would. At the end of each day, they thoroughly cleaned up the construction area and left when we arrived home from work. The men were very professional and continually attempted to make our house comfortable for us even though there was construction all around us. They were very kind and considerate workers, always open to any additional projects that we added to their workload. They graciously offered to bring our furniture back into the house and arranged it for us. If they left for the day before we arrived at home, they always secured the house. A portion of the work was performed in the master bath. They showed great respect for our space. The men were also very skilled in the work they performed. The flooring looks amazing, the tile work is beautiful, electrical work complicated and perfect, you would never know we had sheetrock work done, and painting looks perfect. In summary, although the price seemed a little high to me (although I'm not an expert in what construction costs should be) the employees and owner of Crestone treated us like their family and completed the work close to their bid amount with professionalism and expert skill. I would not hesitate to hire them again for additional remodeling.

Recent Review: Things have gone very well.  We remodeled the master bath on our 35 year old home.  Work started around Thanksgiving and will finish up on January 5.  The work consisted of: * Removing an old window and covering the hole * Installing a new window in a different location. * Sheetrock, tape, and texture walls * patch hole in ceiling that was created by new fan installation.   * Build soffits over vanity and shower * Install blocking for shower grab bars, shower doors, paper holder etc * Install subway and accent tiles to shower walls * Install mosaic floor tiles * Install vanity * Install door and window trim. * Install base board trim. * Install hand shower fixture in shower Chuck has been great to work with.  He always shows up for work on time and puts in a full days work.  If he is running late, even by a few minutes, he phones us to let us know when to expect him.   The quality of his work is absolutely outstanding.  He is a true master of his craft. All houses will have framing defects, walls out of plumb and not quite square etc.  Chuck was able to compensate for those problems so that it is impossible to see them, even though you know they exist.   Chuck's attention to detail is evident. Every piece of drywall and cement board was precut  and marked for fastener placement prior to installation. Hence the fit was perfect The tiling work is as close to flawless as I have ever seen. The same with the drywall. The patch in the ceiling completely disappeared once it was taped and textured. In fact there is no doubt in my mind that the drywall installed in the bathroom is the best in the entire house. Chuck noticed a hole in the bedroom wall created by a door knob and offered to repair it while he had the drywall materials handy. We gladly took him up on his offer.  We were concerned that having the remodeling work done over the holidays might be disruptive to our normal holiday routines. We needn't have worried.  We hardly knew that the remodeling work was being done.  In our opinion, Timberline Construction sets the gold standard for home remodeling.  It has been a pleasure working with Chuck and hope to be able to do so in the future

Reviews in Kenai to Repair Shower Door

FRe-Bath of Anchorage
They failed to remove the shower head flow restrictor, and returned to do that. The toilet leaked around the base, and they returned twice to replace the damaged wax ring and tighten loose toilet fittings. The second repair was effective. The shower door leaked, and continued leaking despite numerous return visits over the next 26 months. Finally they declared that the type of shower door they had installed frequently leaked and that there was nothing further they could do to stop the problem. They admitted that they had failed to inform me of this problem at the time of sale but that they were now informing new customers of this defect. They initially offered to replace the defective door if I purchased a replacement from them and offered to do the installation at no additional cost. They later recommended that I seek a replacement door from a third party and did not offer to reimburse me for this added expense to replace the defective door.
