Lou was great. He laid out what exactly the job would entail, what materials would be needed and an estimated cost of what I was asking for when he came out to give me an estimate. He was very up-front about material needs and time needs. Based on what he told me when he came for the estimate, I did not have any cost, material or time surprises for my particular job. He framed in a room to be used as a bathroom in the basement that has a concrete floor and a partial concrete retaining wall. The floor is not level and the existing walls were not straight to the overall room. He was informative about options I had and why I had them based on his experience. The plumber had installed the tub, but Lou installed the surround. In the end, the room is plumb, level and looks great. I would work with Lou again any day, he did a great job.
