Recent Review: Anchorage Plumbing and Heating sent two plumbers, Erik and Luke on the first day. (They have about a dozen on staff.) Erik worked upstairs and Luke downstairs. Erik returned and did another hour's work after the denshield and tile had been placed over plumbing. Both jobs seem to have been done correctly, and we are pleased with the job. Luke seemed a little less careful than Erik, initially diagnosing the problem with the hot coming out when the control was turned to cold and vice versa being a problem with incorrectly attached tubing, but later realizing, after switching the tubing that a gizmo whose name I have forgotten was in upside down. They rectified the error and I was not charged additional time. Erik also seemed to leave things a little tidier and Luke left a tube cutting tool behind. It apparently was not critical for them, because they waited until Erik returned to do the last bit of work to pick it up, so there was no harm done. I was glad that Anchorage Plumbing sent two plumbers. It was good to know that if one ran into a problem, there was another to consult right on site. And although I found minor fault with one, they corrected the error, did not charge for it, were punctual and easy to schedule, and seem to have done a good job.
