Recent Review: I am impressed with Always on Call Mountain Mechanical! The job was done well, but I had some issues with the charges for my job. Their marketing rep called to discuss my concerns, and she made it right! This is my first experience with them, and Mountain Mechanical seems to be very customer focused. I feel valued and will use them again.

Recent Review: They did a fantastic job. The crew was highly professional. We did have one small leak on a soldered pipe joint the day after but the response time for the repair was lightning fast. If I had any unfavorable comment it would be that their billing is a bit odd. I paid the full amount by credit card over the phone but charges to my account were applied in smaller amounts over several days. Not a huge problem but it did make it mildly awkward accounting wise on our end.

Recent Review: Tony did a fantastic job on our new system. He listened to what I wanted and delivered. He proposed a price and after negotiation settled on a lump sum fee for the entire project. This was a relatively complicated project as he removed all the old system and reconfigured a new one. All new pumps (no zone valves). We have recirculating instant hot water and a new high efficiency IBC condensing boiler which also heats the water for the hot water tank. We also installed a new water softener system and relocated the old pressure tank and water filter from the old side of the house to the garage. Everything is laid out perfectly. Tony was very neat and delivered what he said he would. I would highly recommend Tony for your plumbing services.

Recent Review: Oh these guys are good. I called and left a message, they called me back right within a timeframe one would expect. Anthony asked me the problem, the address, and my name and number. After I got done with a few hours of work, I called my renters to let them know a plumber would be coming over. They told me he had been there, fixed the leak, and gone. I called Anthony back and he said the office would call me and ask what address at which to bill me.  Larry Lorenzo called two days later and I paid for the $110 by credit card.  All was handled quickly, efficiently, professionally, and at a cost I could afford. I will call them again to have a water softener uninstalled!

Recent Review: Patrick was dispatched to my house by my home warranty company to fix a leak that was flooding into my garage and bathroom. He arrived early in the afternoon and quickly found the problem. He was able to fix it quickly and suggested that I contact my homeowner's insurance to file a claim. He also tested my water and explained how the leak started in the first place. He was very patient and explained everything to me in great detail. He was very professional and even called me three days later to make sure that there were no more problems with the leak! He suggested a water softener to me. It wasn't a hard sell, just an honest assessment of what I may want to avoid the same problem in the future. I was very please with this company's service and will be giving them business in the future.

Recent Review: We had to pay extra and have they come on a Saturday because they couldn't get through to us on a Thursday or Friday. They had tons of clients; tons of people with frozen pipes, because it got down to 14 below and stayed that way for about 2weeks, so everybody had plumbing problems. I paid $279 for just over an hour's work. We called on Thursday and the guy came over, we proceeded to the area where the pipes were frozen and it didn't help, so he said there is a problem previous to this and I don't know exactly where, so just leave it alone. I called on Friday morning and they said it would take 24 hours. So the guy came on Saturday morning, the same guy that we have had a couple of years ago. He came early; he is a very nice guy. He fixed the problem, he also told us about another problem we probably had, and that our water sump had probably frozen, and yes it had. He had to take the pipe apart and put new parts in there, and he told us it is frozen behind this, and I also think your water softener is frozen. We got it out and they worked on it and it was fine. Then we did have to replace the softener. With the last time prices, it is not an outrageous price. I would use them again in the future.

Tony arrived on time, and informed us of the progress throughout the day.  Our heating system was not keeping the temperature consistent throughout the zones.  I thought it was thermostat related but Tony quickly traced the issue to a relay issue in the valve system (a less expensive repair).  We still had all thermostats replaced with programmable ones and the system is already saving us money and heating evenly.  Tony also had our water tested (we are on a well) and confirmed that our water was hard (very hard).  Since we have a large household he recommended a more expensive system than we had originally considered but his research proved right.  He quoted us a price for the water softener with and without installation but we chose with installation.  Tony called about 2 weeks after all of the work was done (took four days to complete all of the work) to confirm that eveything was working without issue.  His estimates were spot on and we are very pleased with the work.  We recommend him as he did a great job, cleaned up the work area, made reasonable recommendations for our consideration without being pushy, and has reasonable rates.  Tony is our new go-to guy for plumbing and heating issues.
