Recent Review: Jim always answered my phone calls, or called me back within the hour. He was accomodating with times to come see my house and was polite, knowledgeable, and made me feel very confident about hiring him/his company. He quickly emailed me the estimate I requested, and the price was very reasonable - this was for installation of ProStone cultured stone and hearthstones on a two-story indoor fireplace. I had to delay the start date of my project, and he kept in touch with me via email until I was ready. On my start date, he showed up right when he said he would, and completed the project faster than I expected. My fireplace looks amazing. We have two mantel shelves mounted on the wall, and a TV mount that he had to work around, and he took the time to listen to what we wanted, and make the necessary cuts/fit the stone as smoothly as I could have expected. I was also happy with the level of care Jim and his other employee showed in caring for our home, making sure to protect our hardwood floor, and cleaning up after they were through. I would hire Jim again, and I would recommend him for stone work.

Recent Review: This was the second project that I have used these guys. As was the case with a paver patio they installed, Chris and his son (Adrian) did an outstanding job. They provided literature for me to choose a design, a prompt estimate and were able to beat the projected start date by a couple of weeks. The finished product was "picture perfect". Best looking stone in the neighborhood. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Good people as well. Thanks guys.

Recent Review: We had this idea for a cultured stone veneer on several parts of the house and Lloyd and Steve made it a reality. We also had a concrete pathway removed and replaced with pavers. In all, it was a big job and very time consuming, but Steve was out there every day bright and early, and Lloyd was around regularly as he managed other worksites. He is very hands on though as he did most of the prep work for the pavers. The price was great, particularly for the pavers portion. And I don’t think anyone could have completed the stone work as beautifully and timely as this team. I will be hiring again for future projects.

ANAGLE STONE
Jim did an outstanding job from start to finish for placing veneer stone over our fireplace from floor to vaulted ceiling along with about an 8 foot flat area that went out to one side. He provided an accurate estimate and even made recommendations that we incorporated that made the finished job look even better. Unbelievably, after we had agreed on a price, he advised us that he had made a math error and recalculated the square footage and the price went down by $100 so that tells you the character of the individual. They were very concerned with protecting the floor and other areas around the fireplace and cleaned up after their work on both days. The two employees that helped finish the job were very polite and a pleasure to work with. Their attention to detail was impressive as they weren't just sticking up stones to just finish the job but painstakingly tried a variety of sizes and colors to ensure the finished product looked perfect and had the right mixture of size and color. We couldn't have been happier and would highly recommend Jim and his crew for all of your stone work. As impressive a contractor as I've ever worked with.

Ivan's crew did a great job, and the final product looks great. I expanded the scope multiple times and Ivan was always accommodating and happy to help, and Ivan did a pretty good job fielding my never ending questions. His estimate was very fair, and I never got the sense he was trying to "up sell" me on anything. Rather, he was trying to talk me down from spending money on repairs that I did not need. He was very knowledgeable and offered a frank appraisal of the the water intrusion situation at my house. I was at work while most of the work was performed, but the few times I made it home to check on the work, the same worker (Viatli) was there. Really friendly guy who was always willing to walk me through what work was done that day, explain any issues, and answer any questions. Every day, the work site was cleaned up and they were very respectful of my property. I trusted these guys enough to leave my house unlocked during the day in case something came up (see below). A story really drives home how professional these guys are: the electrical in my house is a little shaky, and one day we came home and one of the breakers was blown. No big deal, it happens. But we couldn't get the breaker to reset. I told Ivan and he told Vitali, who reached out to me and explained that the breaker had probably been blown by the air compressor he was using but that he would look into it. The next day he asked if he could reset the breaker, and asked whether there were any electronics that needed to be continually powered or would otherwise have issues with being reset. (I thought this was pretty thoughtful.). He texted me later that day and said the breaker had been reset and that the source of the problem was not the compressor but rather he had nicked a wire while working on a portion of the exterior wall. There was no damage or anything of the sort (again, these things happen), but I was stunned that he was so honest about it. Most contractors would be more than happy to let you keep on thinking that an error on a project is your home's fault and not theirs. To me, it spoke to the fact that these guys are professionals. But here's the kicker. I came home expecting to have to reset all the clocks in the house, but I realized that all the clocks were set to the correct time but still blinking. It dawned on me that Vitali had waited until noon exactly to flip the breaker so that when the clocks reset at 12:00 they would still tell the correct time for the rest of the day. This is such a minor thing, and I wouldn't have minded at all having to reset them myself, but it really spoke volumes to me that he actually thought through the situation to figure out how to minimize any burden on me. What it tells me is that the same level of care went into fixing my walls, and that is the exactly the kind of confidence you want to have when you are paying to have work done where you can only see the finished veneer and not the underlying, hidden parts. Since the walls were redone, we have been pounded by rain storm after rain storm. There have been no leaks in the walls, and no additional moisture in the slab. The finalized product looks great, and I now feel confident about what was previously the most vulnerable part of my home. I will definitely use RIA again for future projects and repairs.
