Built Koi pond 7x11 x 2 feet deep inside of a screened lanai. Price included site prep (removal of pavers). Installed skimmer, pump, pipe, liner, filter, rock, landscape, electrical, 4 fish, aquatic plants. 6 months pond maintenance. Work was very satisfactory. Pond looks very natural. Lots of great compliments from friends and family. The water falls is great and 6 months later the fish are thriving. I'm very pleased with Mr. Patrick's work and would gladly recommend him to anyone interested in a good looking, well functioning Koi pond.

Sapphire Developments were referred to me by a friend after seeing impressive paving work around pool. Called for price quote and estimate was given the next day (cost was lower than expected). Work commenced 4 days after estimate. Slightly underestimated amount of pavers required but honored initial quote. Kidney shaped pool and curved walkways meant extensive and time consuming cuts . The owner Paul is meticulous in every detail and takes great pride in his work, his main focus being customer satisfaction. Job was completed before deadline. Good professional who will offer advice and expertise which may add to further improvements. Major transformation to pool area and yard in general. Extremely happy with final result and price, and would highly recommend Sapphire Developments.

First of all, I would never let anyone but Chris clean my pond. I have had ponds since 2002 and have lost (11) imported Japanese koi due to pond guys not knowing Fish 101. Chris takes the same water from the pond and puts it in his temporary holding pond. He then captures my koi with a pillow case (much safer for the koi then a net). He does an excellent job cleaning my pond. Then, before he puts the koi back in my pond, he examines them for any ulcers, diseases, etc. He has a large koi pond himself and this is his hobby more than a job. He also did a much better job making my existing pond look the way that I wanted it to look.

I was a friend of his and he did my original pond thirteen years. He did an excellent job back then. When he redid the pond, it collapsed. I ended up suing him for him to come out and fix it. The original bill of the pond was $14000 and the refresh of the pond was $9000. I had to get an attorney. I lost a whole bunch of fish.

Excellent the liner fit perfect with almost no stretch. The walk in steps look new and the new liner is better than the original. there are no leaks or damage during the installation of the new liner. The brand of liner he uses is much higher quality that what I had before. I will use him again at my other properties.

AFlorida Aquatic Management Inc
This is one of those fields where you have lot of people in it who do not know what they are doing and will fool you. There is a lot of opportunity for fraud, and I have been cheated twice before I found Florida Aquatic Management. They will tell you if the fountain works or not. You get crawlers in your pond and they will remove that for you. In this field people do a lot of talking. They say something but do something else. However, this firm is really good. If you need plants when they are going to do a huge industrial planning, they will buy your plants at the same time for less money. They are really helpful. If I have a pond, I will use them.

AMichael's Pool Services & Repair
The response time was excellent. Daniel came by to assess the problem. He was very friendly and professional and explained everything thoroughly. Bonnie got back to me with an email within a day's time, explaining multiple options on the pool light and information on replacing the pump, along with pricing for each part, labor, etc. She was very thorough. I even received a follow-up call to make sure that I had received the email. I decided to go with the fountain pump, and wait on the pool light until it completely burnt out. I will be calling Bonnie for a new pool light when the time comes. Daniel did the work on the pump and showed me how to adjust the fountain...something I didn't know I could do, as we did not put the fountain in. He was very professional and did a great job. The fountain is better than it was before! A flawless experience!!!

AParadise Palm Pools Inc
John Skopos (owner and installer) was very professional in his salemanship and in his workmanship. We had several estimates and Paradise Pools came in as the most reasonable ( not the lowest but not the most expensive) estimate. The selling point for us was the 2 year written warranty on "all work" that Paradise pools performed along with the standard 20 year warranty on the liner. Other companies only offered a liner installation warranty of 30 days. The process started on Sept 8th 2010 with the measuring and ordering of the liner and the job was completely done with water in the pool on Sept 20th. We would highly recommend Paradise Pools and will use them in the future.

DSierra Stone & Aggregate Inc
Good news is that the project is finally over with acceptable quality although were not convinced it will be for the long term and the only comfort we have is that Pebbletech offers lifetime warranty. Bottom Line: They completed this project on their own schedule not as agreed... it took more than a month. Didn't balance the pool. Left the water running...see below for details First they scheduled to drain the pool June 8, but no show, neither on the 9 or the 10th. But the 11th was a charmer and they did show up to drain the pool. Few days went by with no progress and since we work all day, we didn't have time to be following up with them daily. Finally my husband was able to talk to them and Steve said that for building with the rock feature they wanted someone to be around to give direction (no one contacted us to let us know that). Since my husband and I work full time and had a full schedule this summer, it was agreed that June 29 I was to be available at 2 pm. So they needed to get there early and do enough progress for me to provide input. I got home and there was no one there. Immediately I got on the phone and Marty apologized and said that they will be there first thing in the morning June 30. I told them I had to leave on a trip July 3. They told me everything was going to be on track by then. June 30 and still nothing until Steve showed up around 5 pm. I was ballistic. I couldn't believe the lack of professionalism, but felt that with the pool drained and no one else available to take the job, we didn't want to be without a pool until November when other applicators said they could take the job. July 1 there was the first sign of progress. The old fountain was removed and the foundation of the new fountain was placed. I immediately noticed the rocks were round and small, not like we had the discussed. I talked to the guy doing the work and he agreed to follow my directions. July 2 nothing was done again and on July 3 I sent them an email saying that since I had to leave, my sister will be checking up on the project and to please contact her with any issue. Whatever happen between July 3 to the 8 is anyone's guess. My sister was never contacted and she was not able to find anyone working when she stopped by, but there were some signs of slow progress. July 9 my husband got home from his trip around 2 pm and found my sister turning off the hose. Apparently they started to fill the pool the day prior but told no one. When she got home the water was to the top of the pool. NO ONE from Sierra Stone came to check until 5:15. If my husband and sister did not happen to get home early, the water would have been spilling for more than 3 hours. When we started to run the fountain, it was leaking. They were also supposed to balance the water and they didn't. They didn't give us the instructions for caring for the pool. It wasn't until my husband contacted Pebbletech that he found out what were the care directions for the first few days. There were also a few faded spots on the surface. They came back with Pebbletech inspector who said that the faded spots on the pool surface were part of the curing process and a day later came to fix the leak. Funny thing is that the next morning after all their delays, they call to arrange for payment. I purposely took my time to call them back to pay the balance, so they knew how fun it is when the shoe is on the other foot. But they happily charged the whole amount... which indicates to me they didn't even consider a way to make amendments. Any other self-respecting business would have considered a discount after such a poor customer experience.
Recent Review: It was great and looking forward to hiring them to redo my master bathroom. They were prompt and efficient. I personally liked that they suggested I use a labor person to remove old pool piping when I redo the deck as it would be less expensive.
Recent Review: The installation was well done. There was considerable cleanup required after they finished the pool deck due to the dust caused by cutting of the concrete for removal of old drains and coping around the pool, but other than that, job well done.
Recent Review: Nelson Pool Company is outstanding! Our in ground pool had many mineral stains for years and years. Nelson suggested that an acid bath and proper post maintenance would take care of the problem. We also wanted to have automatic overflow equipment installed, so we wouldn't have to do it manually. We also need a new entry hand rail and strong ladder. Nelson's company did it all. His cost estimate was reasonable and competitive. His crew was a delight! They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and clean working. The project too two days and the results are incredibly good! The stains are gone, the water sparkles and the new equipment looks great. Nelson is truly brilliant about pool equipment and service! We highly recommend him and his crews for any and all work on your pool. We think he is an exceptional, highest quality pool contractor. You will too!
Recent Review: Larsen's did a great job updating our very outdated pool and spa area. The pavers are gorgeous and our pool looks brand new. We have a new fountain and a sun shelf and could not be happier. They worked quickly and kept us updated at all times. They were very responsive to any issue we had and helped us learn how to care for our new pool and use the new pool equipment. I highly recommend.
Recent Review: I can't say enough good things about Florida Leaks Locators. From Carla who took the initial call to Bud who made the service call, everyone was professional, courteous and very helpful. It's a real 'treat' to find people who are honest and actually interested in doing a first class job. I highly recommend them.
Recent Review: They never complained about the work. They even got the proper permits to do the work. There was excellent and constant communication, which made it very nice. They even put in hooks for me to hang up some of my plants, so they really went above and beyond. They were very considerate to make sure my cat didn't get loose while they did the work. The clean up was great!! They were super!! I would absolutely recommend them to anybody! They are really caring and care about their employees.
Recent Review: They came out the first time promptly and couldn't check it due to dirty pool so rescheduled and they came out promptly week later and found the leak and did repair. Very happy with their service.
Recent Review: Debbie is very professional and detail oriented. She did a complete maintenance on our pool equipment which included repairs and replacing salt water cell. The price was very extremly reasonable. After doing a test of our water she realized all of our water counts were extremely off. She drained the pool and introduced cemicals that would bring our pool back to the beautiful pool it was. Very Very Happy. I have used many pool companies.. after the owner comes and gives you a quote along with a plan for maintaining I never saw the owner again. Employees were sent that missed our pool weeks and spent seconds at our pool. Debbie is the owner and she manages the pool herself. Use her you won't be disappointed.
