AKB Countertops
Installers were excellent.  Only complaint is the space left between countertops and peninsula.  It was 1.25 inches so we had to redo the wall to meet the counter.  This wasn't discussed in advance.

AFord Refacing and Custom Cabinets
Rodney is a true professional. He replaced my old laminate counter tops with solid surface and also replaced all cabinet hardware. Kitchen counters came out even better than my already high expectations. Fair price for outstanding work. He is the ONLY guy I would recommend to anyone. Couldn't be happier!

The experience was awesome overall. The countertops, which are quartz and durable, look beautiful! Their service was great and I'd highly recommended them.

AThe Cabinet Guys
We bought a house with a worn-out kitchen.  We thought that going with a big box store would be safe, since we had no experience with vendors in our new location.  We got an estimate from the big box, then consulted Angie's List and found The Cabinet Guys-Mom, Dad and son.  We were able to get the whole project done for what the big box wanted for just the cabinets.  Their overhead is lower and they don't have to support 100 different departments.  The work is superior quality and everyone we came in contact with was polite, fun to work with and the clean-up was perfect. Thanks Cabinet Guys!

DExclusive Kitchens & More
Cost was way too high.  At the showroom they wanted $10k to replace our kitchen countertops and use the left over slab for the bathroom countertops.  We declined and started walking out the door when they cut their price almost in half to do just the kitchen.  We still overpaid as other providers we looked into afterwards were much less.  When I gave them the down payment, the individual who was supposed to come out and draw the template never showed up.  I had to call him and then he rescheduled for the following week.  On the second time he was supposed to show, he was over an hour late and never apologized.  Quality of work on the install they did was just "ok" even though they explained at the time of price quote that their install work product was much more superior to others.  The lead installer was pretty much a jerk to his co-worker and I did not want to interact with them as a result.  I am going to remodel our bathrooms next year and had they given me good prices and good service, they would have earned the remodels for next year.  These folks are bad news.  Way over-priced and borderline unprofessional.

THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE COUNTERTOP THAT I NEED HIM TO ADDRESS, BUT HE HAS NOT COME OUT. I'VE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES AND TALKED WITH HIM, HE SAID HE WILL COME OUT TO FINISH MY COUNTERTOP, BUT I HAVEN'T HEARD FROM HIM SINCE MARCH 9TH. I WILL NOT CALL HIM BACK BECAUSE HE WAS UNPROFESSIONAL WITH ME ON THE PHONE.

AStone Specialties
Very professional from the intial contact through project execution. We had three firms come out and provide an estimate and they were the only one that provided an estimate on the spot. I didn't necessarily need an estimate on the spot but it conveyed that the person doing the estimate had the authority (and confidence) that the number provided was the final price quote. He also offered good suggestions on what works best with the surroundings. In the end they were he lowest price - I picked them because they offered the best value. After we selected our granite they didn't try to increase the price even though we felt like we had ordered an upgraded granite. They were right on target as to how long it would take to install and the inconveniences we would experience during installation. Very classy outfit for countertops.

AClassic Stone Gallery
A friend of mine recommended them saying that the owner was originally from Italy and being originally from Italy myself, I decided to give them a try. I meant to buy a scrap piece to save a little bit, but when I went through their inventory, of course I only liked the ones that were not scrap! Joe Plazza was super nice, very knowledgeable and was spot-on with the production times. He said 2-3 weeks and they delivered within the 3rd week. I had a quote from another store - for a scrap piece they quoted me $200 MORE than what Classic Stone Gallery quoted me for a 1st choice cut. I do not know if what I paid was a good deal or not, I just know that I liked the piece and the price they quoted me was pretty much what I expected/wanted to pay for the countertop. The installation went smooth and the vanity looks amazing!

Recent Review: Tampa Bay Marble and Granite did an excellent job on our new kitchen countertops. Carol not only knows granite and marble, but she was very patient and professional throughout the entire process. She referred me to reputable stone distributors and was very responsive to my needs. Marcelo and his staff measured, cut and installed my countertops on time and it was perfect. I would describe their work as high quality craftsmanship and professional. Marcelo also cut my old marble to fit a larger wet bar counter in the game room. I highly recommend them to anyone thinking about countertops. My marble looks amazing!

Recent Review: Super! Daniel and three team members each exhibited great pride in their craft. They provided expert on- the-spot advice such as where to put the faucet to maximize space for Vessel sink on small bathroom countertop (left back) and drilled the holes at their truck outside. Daniel had already provided me with timely advice throughout process including on type of kitchen sink...they "threw everything in 'including' the kitchen sink." They kept dust to a minimum like when they power sawed through concrete kitchen ledge with another worker vacuum suctioning the dust as spun off the blade. I'm a perfectionist so I don't say this lightly when I give Daniel and Hi-Tech Granite the highest rating I have ever given any business whatsoever. Perhaps one reason they can be so skilled is that three of the four including Daniel the owner are from the land where the granite comes from and their is wide, generation experience. That being Brazil where most granite in U.S. is quarried. Regardless, all the workers are kind gentleman as well as craftsmen.

Recent Review: First off, Tracey did an amazing job on our kitchen, and we couldn’t have been happier! We had him install granite countertops and a backsplash (and make some other updates as part of that). Our kitchen was outdated with a built in desk that was lower than the rest of the countertops and a bar height section of counter on the other side of the sink. We had him add an extension on top of the built-in desk and cut the wall down to lower the bar height section of countertop as part of the project. We received bids from several other contractors and most others wouldn’t even attempt to color match the cabinets for raising the desk area because they didn’t think they could get the color close enough. Tracey did it without hesitation and the 4” wide spacer he built matches perfectly. He also suggested countertop and backsplash style and a few other options like sink and faucets to help us with the design. The countertops were cut and installed with precision and look stellar. They were also able to do all the countertops with only one seam in the entire kitchen. Pricing was reasonable and Tracey delivered on all of his promises; I couldn’t have asked for more on this project. I will absolutely use Breakthru again for any future cabinet or countertop work and recommend them without hesitation.
