Recent Review: It was fine. They helped me with my lower level. They gave me a lot of tips about keeping/giving away/organizing. I ended up buying a package. She booked me for all these appointments far in advance and I thought she'd call me with a reminder -- she didn't. Unfortunately I wasn't feeling good, and I broke the appointment; she charged me for it ($200). She also said she'd take a lot of items & sell them, but she only got $39. I kind of don't trust her now.

Recent Review: Heather works quickly, stays focused and has dozens of good ideas for making work and play spaces more functional and enjoyable to use; however, she is always responsive to to my ideas and preferences. In 4 hours we converted a playroom disaster into my preschool grandson's bedroom/playroom/reading corner which is easy to keep clean. A second session resulted in an organized office I can really work in. She also gave me ideas for storage solutions in the kitchen and entry which have been super helpful. I am actually looking forward to tackling the garage now with Fresh Start's help! i have worked with other organizers and Fresh Start far surpasses them!

Recent Review: Mine was a neglected house for several years. These ladies have had a major undertaking with the packing and cleaning that is involved in helping me organize my home. They have been professional, they do what they say they're going to do, and they are extremely nice to work with. I have trusted them with the entire contents of my house and I have not been disappointed.

Shannon is the consummate professional. I have organizational ADD....I start but get very distracted and end up with several jobs started but very few finished. I have utilized her expertise over the last couple of years and I am never disappointed. If you are looking for a person to help clear your clutter Shannon is the one to hire.

I can't believe how nice my living room looks and how easy it is to maintain. Lori helped us decide what we wanted to keep and what we use most often. She was professional, helpful and fun to work with. She let us drive the day of service based on our needs and lifestyle. At the end of the day, she took all the items we no longer wanted to Goodwill.

Oh my goodness - you must call Cathy! She is worth her weight in gold. We are planning to list our home for sale in the fall or early next year, but I was feeling overwhelmed by the amount of work to be done to make it market-ready, and had no idea how best to allocate time and resources as we prepare for listing. And this is despite having excelled in college coursework in Interior Design and Home Organization, and being an HGTV junkie! I came to Angie's List knowing I needed help, but not really knowing what kind of help I was looking for. I stumbled onto Cathy's listing and then visited her website. She sounded like just what I needed. I called her on a Tuesday and she was at my home that Thursday. It was $100 for a 2-hour consultation, but because we had so many rooms to discuss, she actually stayed for almost 3 hours at no extra charge. On top of that, she emailed me twice afterward with links to affordable product suggestions and further ideas and advice. She is professional, really knows her stuff, and has a unique way of offering suggestions without sounding critical. I took pages and pages of notes as we toured my home room-by-room. She will work with whatever your staging budget is, even if it is $0, to give you ideas how to make your home show appropriately. From my notes, I made a spreadsheet with 140 tasks. I don't know if I'll get to all of them, but she helped me to know how to prioritize from a time and money perspective. I've already made 10-15 of the top priority changes she suggested and she's absolutely right! The rooms look much bigger and more inviting. Once I've gotten through most/all of my list, I'm planning to have Cathy back in the fall to fine tune the work I've done. I know our home will be much more appealing to buyers because of her professional advice and guidance. After we move, I also plan to have Cathy come to help me know best how to make my new place as beautiful and inviting as she helped me make our current home. I couldn't recommend her more enthusiastically!!!
