Business Description: Why DIY when we can DIT? Introducing our Do It Together Cabinet painting service. We paint the doors and drawer faces, while you paint the boxes. Step 1. Pick your paint To help with the daunting task of color selection, we send you a sample book of the most popular whites and grays, or if you would like, you can meet with one of our interior designer partners, at a discounted rate! Step 2. Pickup and Training Schedule a time for us to come pick up your door and drawer fronts. We take the hassle out of starting the project by removing the doors and drawer fronts for you, giving you a clean slate to start your portion of the project. We then provide you with one hour of training (if needed), and supply you with everything you need to successfully paint the cabinet box exteriors. At this time, you will be given access to our series of tutorial videos showing you how to complete your project. There is no need to remove dishes or your cabinets- simply follow the process provided for you via our tutorial videos! Step 3. You paint the cabinet boxes We understand that our clients live busy lives, and that most people can only paint on the weekends. Therefore, we give you two weeks to paint your cabinet boxes before returning the painted cabinet fronts. We return and install the doors and drawer fronts After two weeks, we return with your freshly painted doors and drawer fronts, we reinstall them in their exact location, and in two weeks time, you have a completely transformed kitchen. You get to sit back and admire what We Did Together! Say goodbye to the month long DIY projects, and say hello to DIT - Do It Together! We also offer Oak Cabinet Refinishing.

Recent Review: I WAS ACTUALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICES THAT WERE PROVIDED TO US. I THINK THAT WE WERE OVER CHARGED FOR THE QUALITY OF WORK THAT THEY PROVIDED. THEY GOT OVERSPRAY ON THE CABINETS AND FLOORS AND THEY USED A BRUSH ON THE PAINTED INTERIOR DOORS. THIS LEFT BRUSH STROKES. I WAS DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR QUALITY.

Recent Review: QAP is one of the most professional and reliable companies I have worked with thus far. The quality of their work was spot on. As someone with very high standards they met my expectations and offered a very thorough walk through expectation to ensure that everything looked as expected. The owner of the company came to our house several times to check up on the crew and discuss any project concerns. One of our kitchen windows was broken while painting and the window was replaced that day. I had a fabulous experience overall and will use QAP again.

Recent Review: Travis was very friendly and professional from the moment we contacted him to the moment he drove away in his truck. He and his crew were great, and really listened to our concerns. He knew what needed to be done to have the room done right, and I'm so glad! While they were quick, they really paid close attention to detail; no sloppy work here! Travis really has a great eye for not just design, but also construction. We had a spot where the drywall needed repairing, and I worried about how it would look when it was fixed (we kinda hacked it up ourselves before we called in the professionals!), but it looks perfect! You wouldn't even know we screwed it up first, it looks brand new! We also had a bit of door trim painted to match the rest of the trim in the room (just white), and it just looks so sharp now that it flows with the rest of the room. I feel like I just blinked and went from having a drab, boring rec room to a bright living space. I was amazed watching them set up; the guys look like they've been doing it a while, know what they're doing and how to get it done right. I was truly impressed with these guys. Real quality seems so hard to find these days, so we really lucked out when we called in Travis! I would absolutely recommend this company to my own family and friends.

Recent Review: My husband and I just purchased our first home, a small 1160sqft rambler. The previous owners had attempted to paint, but had only done one coat with terrible colors. I didn't think I could stand to live in a house with streaky teal walls, so I called Jack's after viewing the reviews here. Jack came out and ran an initial estimate with my husband (I was not present). The bid came in at about $1310, for just the walls, with six colors. I ended up wanting eight colors, and Jack called right away to make sure I was okay with that, as it costs more per color. We scheduled a start date of July 4th as it worked out for everyone. Nick, the general manager, came out to get a look at the job. We asked about millwork at this point, as that was also painted quite poorly. Nick indicated this would be more money, and due to the nature of the work that needed done, it would be easier and cheaper to perform the millwork sanding and painting prior to the walls being done. I agreed, especially because professionally painted walls would have made the cheap millwork painting stand out even more in comparison. I was pleased that they were able to work that into their schedule. Andre, the manager for the job, was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was done to our satisfaction. I had one minor issue with the crew - I found a cigarette butt in my freshly-planted flower bed. I raised the issue with Jack and Nick, and it was taken care of immediately. The job took about five days to complete, which was longer than the initial estimate, but the trim, doors, and walls are beautiful. I'm very excited to move in and enjoy it.

Job completed on time, well done job, but 123 hours to spray paint doors was way over reasonable labor charge.

ASunshine Residential Renovations
Lee did just a fabulous job. He noticed details I hadn't noticed such as making sure the door hinges and cabinet pulls matched the new chrome light fixtures. He obviously really knows what he is doing and is current on style and design. He was extremely punctual and professional and worked all day w/out stop. His fees for service were exactly what I had anticipated and his estimate of time he would need (four days) was accurate. The bathroom looks fantastic! He is also a really nice guy!

ABlack Dog Custom Builders LLC
It was finally time to remodel our 1989 master bedroom, closet and bathroom.  We contacted 3 contractors from Angie's List and had all three come to our home, see the space and submit a formal estimate.  Doug Ostlund the owner of Black Dog Custom Builders, LLC was the right fit for us because we were looking for someone that would be on-site at our home every work day, heading up the project and working closely and guiding us through all of the decisions that must be made on a remodel like this.  Our project was completed 9/16/15 and we could not be more thrilled with the results and with our time spent with Doug and his crew.  No matter how well you plan and prepare for a major remodel there will always be things that come up and changes that will need to be made.  Doug is a master craftsman with great idea's and the skills and knowledge to execute a project.  He's was also wonderful to have around our home.  Doug is professional and courteous and cares about your home and pets.  He cleaned up at the end of each day and left our home as neat as it could be during construction.  Our bathroom was a gut job, eliminating the oversized jetted tub and moving a wall to increase the size of the closet.  We used a combination of nature and man made stone, frameless shower glass, heated floors, custom shower with bench and multiple shower heads, double vanity, toilet and storage.  In the bedroom we added paint, carpet, new doors, trim and baseboards.  Doug's attention to detail was beyond my expectations and made our remodel extra special.  Thank you for everything Doug!!!

ALAKE WASHINGTON PAINT & DECOR
David came with 2 other painters and started by covering the floors and putting everything into the middle of the floor so that it wouldn't get paint on it. They masked the windows and counters. They did minor repairs and patching the first day. Then the second day they removed the doors and placed them in my garage then started priming the walls and ceiling. The third and fourth day they painted the walls and ceiling. After the job was done, put everything back where it was and cleaned up their material.
