AGloria Medrano Cleaning Service
Gloria and her crew came to my home to clean my entire home before my family visited for Thanksgiving. I enjoy the fact that I don't have to pull out my housecleaning products, as they bring their own. The service is thorough, fast, and friendly. Gloria also helped me declutter and organize my guest room, kitchen, pantry, and office. It was so refreshing to see the finished product. Her rates are very reasonable, and Gloria is very pleasant to be with. We worked alongside each other for the organizing projects. It was wonderful. Thank you, Gloria! P.S. Gloria has also helped me with housecleaning on a regular basis and cared for my pets and cleaned my home when we have taken vacations. It was comforting to know she was there when we couldn't be and awesome to return to happy pets and a clean home.

The cleaning was superb! They did not miss a spot. But I was most impressed with how well they reorganized my home office. Apparently, one of the cleaners, Jessica, is also a professional home organizer. Overall very happy with this service!

Laura is a knowledgeable and informative representative of this company. Scheduling appointment with her was very easy. She arrived right on time. Got right to measuring and discussing and giving me info I need. Walked through the rest of the house and pointed out areas where her company can help now or in the future. She did not rush through or push for a commitment from me. We are still undecided about the purchase but truly feel that the consultation fee was well worth $. Wish there was some place locally that we could see the actual bed but we may take a trip to Austin to see in there showroom very soon.

AEarthwise House Cleaning
I've used Earthwise several times over the last couple of years and they have been a life saver, particularly their uniquely offered organizing service. I appreciate their willingness to accommodate my specific needs that go beyond a rote cleaning checklist. I've tried to use other cleaning services and those services have refused to use my provided cleaning supplies for a specific task, like a skunk odor remover after my dog was sprayed by a skunk. Earthwise didn't even blink at my request to use the skunk odor remover during their cleaning and I think it made a big difference. I had also pre-paid for a set time of cleaning service where the maid ran through the task very fast with time to spare and they were totally willing to add a couple minor things to their list to fill that time. They have also been helpful at providing an organizing service when I was in the process of deep decluttering/organizing while living in boxes, and this services was easily combined with the more typical cleaning service. Their help organizing made a HUGE impact to my mess, working much faster than I ever have. Some issues I have had that are worth noting: I don't schedule a regular cleaning service, but it's usually a struggle to get Earthwise quickly out to my house on one-off service as they already have a full schedule booked up. I can typically expect to be fit in within a week of calling, but sometimes longer if I want to use their organizer service. This means they don't typically accommodate last minute or "emergency" cleanings, like when my dog was sprayed by a skunk, which is why I used a different cleaning service for that one first. Their price is fair, but not cheap. Punctuality usually isn't a reoccurring problem, but I've had at least one Earthwise employee arrange to arrive later than scheduled, not check the time when she arrived, forget an item she needed (was it a vacuum? broom? something) and go back to get it, and then charge me for more time than she spent on the actual cleaning task that day. I felt like she was trying to cover the time she was "working" but not working. This only happened once and it wasn't a huge problem to work out. There are definitely Earthwise employees that are better at organizing than others, which the owner knows and will try to schedule her better organizing employees for the organizing tasks. Even then, these are not professional organizers. They might be able to make judgement calls, but it works best if you know exactly how you would like things organized or put away for you and they can do the task as you describe. I do recommend people give this service a try. I've dabbled with other Angie's List cleaning services and I keep coming back to Earthwise because of their well-rounded and accommodating services, reasonable prices and ease of scheduling.
