I have used deco in the past and in both cases he did exactly what I wanted. He did it without having to redo anything. He always asked rather than assumed on questions that came up. And he made suggestions about what I wanted that were very helpful. You can't go wrong with this guy.

We are enjoying our remodeled kitchen and bathroom very much. Jim finished the project within the timeline he promised. He was very helpful in picking out the materials and in coordinating colors. He was always very flexible with our time constraints. The contractor invoices that he gave to us were correct and contained all the information and documentation that was needed for the remodeling. Jim responded within a reasonable time to our texts and telephone calls. We particularly liked Richard, his worker, who was always punctual, worked earnestly, and went above and beyond to help us when little problems unexpectedly occurred. We were very pleased with the work. John (in sales) provided reasonable prices for the work to be done and had a no pressure sales approach. ADH installed quartz counter tops, a mosaic backsplash, a new stainless steel sink, faucet, and instant hot water dispenser. They also installed a new cooktop and dishwasher. They also created a new drawer for trash to replace our old trash compactor that was so narrow it could not be replaced. The drawer was a perfect match to our existing cabinets, and everything was installed very well. The laundry room got a similar treatment - new, matching quartz counter tops and a new tile floor. I was very picky about the tile pattern that was to be laid out, and Serge (tile installer) was phenomenal. (OK, the tile floor in the laundry room was easy, but when he had to apply the same pattern to the shower enclosures, that got tricky, but he did an AMAZING job.  Eugene (main contractor) did the work on the bathrooms (except the tiling). In our master bath, he reconfigured the shower and installed a new jetted tub. New sinks, new faucets, new fixtures were all installed well. In one of the guest bathrooms, he put in a new tub/shower combination. In the other guest bathroom, he reconfigured a shower. All got the same quartz counter tops, new sinks, and fixtures.  Everything looks fantastic. When we noticed the new shower valve didn't get the water hot enough, he fixed it. When the new shower door leaked, he fixed it. When the GFCI in the guest bathroom didn't pass inspection, he fixed it. Eugene was very responsive to our requests. He also did a pretty good job cleaning up after himself every day, which was no small task considering the work we had done. Even though we lived through the mess, it wasn't that bad.

Jim and crew undertook the major remodel of a 9 year old master bath. The primary areas of upgrade was granite, new shower tile, fixtures and shower door. Jim was consulting all the way on all new hard surfaces both the material itself and the best install application to be consistent with my style throughout the house. Seems like a small space, but many decisions had to be made. Love the final product and would use Jim Christian Construction again.

it went extremely well. . CNR has a great crew and work ethics. One of the best contractors we have worked with. We couldn't be more pleased with the results. We've had so many compliments on our remodel. Everyone loves it as much as we do.

Matt and his crew are great, and work very hard to ensure the vision I had for both the outdoor kitchen/bbq and the media cabinet were realized in a relatively short period of time. Even with the ups and downs that come with projects like these, the PH&H team were quick, efficient and professional and resolved any issues quickly. We have contacted America's Dream HomeWorks for the renovation needs of the Marvista Apartments Complex in Rancho Cordova, CA. The City of Rancho Cordova has issues a list of corrections for our complex and we knew we needed someone very reliable and trustworthy that we and our residents could count on.  The renovation - remodeling  contractor needed to perform top quality work to stand for long term and the work needed to be performed at timely manner along with safety and cleanliness concerns as must at- all times. After doing careful and deep review of the possible qualifying contractors we had to select ADH as they stood out as the only company that could perform all the required work with the kind of care we needed. We felt that based on ADH  excellent track record of 15 years as one of top reputation remodelers specializing in siding. windows, kitchen, bathroom, countertops, painting, doors, windows, decks and general contractor we could totally depend on them to deliver the service, quality work and dependable materials we were needed.  We needed Repair and Replacement and/or Repair Of Old Wood Siding and Stucco on Exterior Walls of 4 Large Apartment Unit, followed with some Structural Wood Frame Members Replaced in Preparation for Installation New Vinyl Siding and Fiber Cement Siding,  the Decks of Each of 40 Apartment Units had to be modified including new flashing and railing works. We also needed the replacement of new windows and doors, the new double pane windows were needed to replace the existing single pane aluminum windows. Along the way we also decided that we needed to replace kitchen cabinetry, bathroom vanities and install new granite stone countertops, new sinks, new faucets- ADH can do all this cause there are licensed and certified in multiple trades unlike other 90% of the contractors who say they can do but they are not certified or licensed by state of CA in the field of work they promised to perform, this will not deliver you the peace you need  for such work  as  electrical or plumbing modification and etc. as this came up in the process of the remodeling. ADH has licensing and Certifications as General Contractor, Plumbing, Electrical, Glazing- Glassworks, Siding and Decking, along with Flooring- all the critical trades needed to perform reliable remodeling. ADH Team delivered on the promises very easily as they are a Team of Remodeling Professionals starting with Vlad Mark and Tanya Chernioglo as the company heads and the company founders, these 2 know what it takes to work with team and customers. The office team lead by Tanya, Lana and Natalie has kept excellent communication at all times and were very pleasant in accommodating us with schedule times and other questions we had. ADH Installers were 1st class professional tradesman, all very clean to begin with and very detailed to the work that was performed. At all times we felt that we could totally depend on them and they had the safety of us and residents in their minds at all times.  All the work was explained by Vladimir and Mike the lead foreman on the project. The areas that the work was done to were sealed off and the dust and other things were kept under control as much as possible. In addition to the above work America's Dream HomeWorks also helped us to restore and repair one apartment  unit that had smoke damage after a failed microwave appliance. The work was done on time and ADH met and superbly exceeded our expectations, once again this is actually the 2nd time have hired them in last few years and will keep them on our contact sheets as the top contender for any future works needed. We and all of our residents are very happy with our new siding system, replacement high efficiency double pane windows, deck work, new kitchen cabinetry and stone countertops. We highly recommend this great company as we can for sure say that this company offers a true complete renovation services and delivers the best results- we can are once again reassured that ADH stands up to their proven motto ?
