Business Description: Snappy Rooter is a full service plumbing company. I have been in the plumbing trade for 20+ years. We do not charge an hourly fee. We have a flat rate for most of our calls. For big jobs we do give free estimates.
Recent Review: Great service, high level of professional skill, amazing price. Dima went out of his way to make sure everything was to Code and installed the way my wife and I wanted it. And he even fixed a couple of things that weren't in the estimate. We inherited a tankless water heater when we bought our house. Unfortunately, it was homeowner installed and had about 10 code violations according to our inspector. We had to basically remove the unit and start from scratch--plus instal a new 1" gas line. We had three quotes and Dima's was the lowest--partly because he was the only one that could run the gas line through the crawl space above the living room cathedral ceiling. Much nicer and cheeper than burying the line or snaking it around the house as proposed by the other contractors.

Recent Review: First and foremost I would like to thank Max Levko, Plumber from Express Sewer and Drain. Let me start by stating he was punctual, clean uniform and ready to go. Max worked non-stop doing this massive job. Not to mention Max did this job with assistance from no one else. His work ethic, quality of work and speed of completion was more than I expected. I do not praise lightly. I was most impressed with his quality of work and with that you can see he has a impressive professional work ethic. Very friendly and excellent customer service. Express Sewer and Drain are lucky to have an employee of this magnitude. If the need was ever there I would call Express Sewer and Drain first for my plumbing needs. And, of course request Max Levko to do the work. Russell E. Henderson
Recent Review: Our home is around 50 years old, and we have not had good heating and cooling to some areas for some time. Based on several inspections by different contractors and an energy audit, we learned that there were problems with both the subfloor and attic ductwork. We also decided this was a good time benefit from multiple rebates by increasing the attic insulation, installing a whole-house fan, and replacing our 40-gal. water heater with a circulating on-demand heater. The HVAC and duct replacements were done by Dustin and Luke over the course of a week. They communicated regularly with us, worked very hard in, above, and below the house, and took great pride in their workmanship. We were impressed by their professionalism, and would gladly have them work for us again. The whole-house fan and water heater were installed quickly and very competently by other professionals whose names I didn?t learn. They ran a new gas line to the water heater to ensure proper pressures. The insulation work was done the following week by Art and T, who sealed seams, foamed the skylight shafts and blew insulation to 16? depth. Art took photos of the height markers throughout and showed them to me when he finished. All the workers cleaned up their work spaces well, were courteous and friendly, and we were very satisfied that the job had been well done. We were able to reduce the total cost by 20% because of rebates from our energy companies.
Recent Review: He was on time and professional. He had to go under our house to move the gas line and while there he discovered a water leak. He gave us an estimate for both the leak and moving the gas line. The work was done in one day...we were pleasantly surprised that the bill was less than the estimate. He was pleasant and answered our questions. We would definitely hire Boyd Plumbing again.
The job went much faster than we expected. Mike gave us lots of ideas and helped us incorporate them. The work was high quality. He explained everything that he was doing as it was being done. There are many other tasks that we are planning to do ourselves and he gave us helpful hints to accomplish them. He was very dependable and his pricing was extremely fair. In fact, it was so reasonable that we greatly expanded our project from what we originally planned.

They were able to accommodate a same day appointment to properly cap a gas line behind clothes dryer. We wanted a licensed contractor to perform this task. Can't be too safe with gas lines.

PG&E came out to our house on a Sunday for a routine inspection on a Sunday while we were out of town. They detected a gas leak and shut down our gas. Because all our gas lines were under the foundation, we had to re-pipe the whole house above ground. I called several plumbers to come out and inspect and bid to correct issue. Armstrong Plumbing seemed the most knowledgeable and their suggestions were astatically pleasing for my wife. Armstrong was not the cheapest company, but it seemed like second nature to them and knew exactly what to do. It would be fair to say they handled the situation much better than I. They work took a total of 2 day full days and everything was completed and finished as agreed upon. I would highly recommend Armstrong Plumbing.

AGarick Heating & Air Conditioning
Jonathan at Garick is Amazing!! He repaired my furnace (where a different provider told me my furnace was unfixable). He improved the return, enlarging it and making it blend well with the home. I had asked them to come out initally about about ago to give me a second opinon on the furnace. ( I am a new homeowner and on a tight budget). Both he and Warren confidently told me the furnace was fixable and explained how they would fix it. When I mentioned another company (Which i paid for the tune up of the AC/Heater and water heater through angies list deals) told me it was unable to be repaired. They looked at thoroughly and told me I could easily have this furnace working properly for the next few years after the repairs. I do have an old system and he mentioned that long term I would need a new system but for the moment and the next few years I would be ok. He also helped me problem solve how to balance my a/c unit that was on an unbalanced piece of concrete. He did fabulously giving me suggestions on how to maintain my unit and explained it in a way I would understand. He also cleaned up after himself and swept the floor. I"m so glad someone referred me to Garick! I will absolutely be using them again!

Michael did provide the estimate. A little late but I do appreciate their trying to make things right. Their price was fair but I decided to not proceed with the job.

AAce Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning
Originally called to install a gas line for our gas dryer which we brought from our other house. Turned out our gas line would have needed to be run the entire length of the house to meet code, making the cost $3000. So we just got another dryer and they inspected the pipes under the house, which also needed to be done to answer a question we had from the house inspection.

AThe Plumbing Therapist
I had a gas dryer I wanted to hook up to replace the electric dryer I had been using. Although there was an existing gas line, I had never used it and I didn't know if it was operational, or what I needed to purchase in order to use the gas dryer. The technician arrived during the proposed timeframe and was very friendly and professional. He examined the gas line and explained how I could perform the labor myself. I chose to have him perform the labor because I wasn't comfortable doing it myself. I've used The Plumbing Therapist twice now and will call them for my plumbing needs in the future because of their excellent customer service.

Flowrite provided me with a fair estimate. They seemed very knowledgeable compared with other plumbers I interviewed for the job. I will definately use them when I'm ready to start the job.
