Recent Review: Went very well. The crew was conscientious, cleaned up daily during demolition. They spent the time to be sure the outcome was the way we wanted it. They came and installed stove on Xmas eve. Would recommend and use again.

Recent Review: After giving him all the information they asked for such as model and serial number and what burner it was he came out a week later on 1 Dec 2017 to repair it. Within 10 minutes of arriving he determined he had ordered the wrong part and would reorder it again. At that point he charged me $110 service charge and said that the part would be around $80. I never heard back from him so contacted him on 10 Dec and he replied he was having problems locating the part. At that point in time I looked it up on the internet and had it sent to my house 2 days later for a cost of $36. I repaired it myself which took 10 minutes and called Bob back and he stated he still couldn't locate the part. I then told him that it took me all of 5 minutes to locate the part and had it shipped to my address and fixed it myself. I then asked for my $110 back for services not rendered. He agreed and said would send me a check back for the full amount. It has now been over 6 weeks and I've spoke to Bob 3 different times and each time he said that he would send a check out that very evening. I gave him more then enough time and excuses to return my money but I can only imagine that he has no intention of returning what was promised. I have just filed a complaint with the BBB and see that other people have had similar problems with this man. I see that you rate his company highly and think you better take another look at him.

Recent Review: They were very prompt in the initial visit, and was able to fit my project into the next day. They completed the job very efficiently, and did excellent work. They cleaned up afterwards (better than it was before they got there). I would definitely use them again in the future.

FGillece Services
We were looking to change our electric stove to a gas stove so we needed a new gas line run.  We called a few places, one of which was Gillece.  Gillece came and gave us an outrageous quote (at last twice that of the next closest quote)  Ontop of that they charged us for the quote.  No one mentioned that there would be a charge for the estimate and no one else that we called charged us. .  We shouldn't have paid it but I think that we were in such shock that they were charging one that we paid them and sent them on their way.

ARoger's Appliance Parts
Roger came the next day after being called.  He gave an arrival time of between 9 AM and noon and arrived at 10:30 after calling to alert me he was on his way.  I explained that the range top worked but the oven did not.  After he took out the racks, he cleaned the pilot and the oven worked perfectly.  He also explained that the type of pilot I had was rare on the oven and could not be replaced.  Roger also knew that Tappan had made 3 ovens that looked the same on the outside but the pilots were all different. Roger was done in about 15 to 20 minutes including puttting everything back together.

Justin Klipa Contracting provides high quality service at a reasonable price.  Justin is professional, yet personable and takes the time to make sure you are getting what you want.  He does not skimp on quality, but does not try to nickel and dime you either.  His workers were courteous and respectful and they cleaned up after themselves.  The work was also completed in a timely fashion.  An example of the service that Justin provides is when we had a horrific evening storm at the worst possible time during the construction project, when an existing flat roof had been removed in anticipation of the addition.  Even though Justin and his crew had thoroughly covered and secured the areas with tarps, the wind and rain of this violent storm caused inside leaking to start occurring.  We called Justin (at night) and he sent someone over right away in order to get the leaking to stop.  He couldn't control the weather, but he responded promptly to the "emergency" and replaced ceiling tiles damaged by the leaks for free.  This customer service was greatly appreciated and is just an example of what our experience was with Justin. We would hire Klipa Contracting again in a heartbeat and recommend them highly!

AJoel Norris Appliance
As the home-owner, I made the first contact and then provided both Joel Norris and the tenant with contact info.   They arranged with the tenant to come out within a couple of days of first contact.  They assessed the job and gave an estimate for repair to both the tenant and me the home-owner.  I approved the repair/cost and they then scheduled the repair with the tenant when the part came in.  The total job took less than one week.  Joel Norris offered an online 10% off coupon.  I printed off the coupon and sent it to the tenant, but Joel Norris worked so quickly scheduling everything that the tenant didn't have time to print the coupon before they were there.  Joel Norris still honored the coupon!  The tenant was very pleased with the on-time arrivals both for the estimate and repair work, and commented that the technician was very professional and pleasant.  I really don't have a concept of whether the price charged was on par because I have never had this problem before.  Almost any part for a stove would be in the range of $50-75.  If you add 2 trips plus the labor involved, it seems reasonable.  When a stove needs to be fixed - it needs to be fixed.  I didn't have time to shop around long distance.  Couldn't have had a better experience and I intend to call them for any appliance repair needed!.

The architect/planner worked closely with us to first find  out what we really wanted to do and then how to do as much as possible of what we wanted in the budget limitations we had. He stayed with us every step of the way and was with us to pick out cabinets and fixtures. It did cost more than we originally planned but well worth the additional cost which was not that excessive. It was well worth the additional cost to do it right instead of just doing it on the cheap. As with all projects it did take longer than planned. This was directly related to the amount of extra work the old hard brick required in the remodeling process. There was no way to know this until the brick was all exposed. No additional charge for the unexpected effort required. We had a problem with the new faucet in the sink and some of the grout. They came out promptly and corrected and fixed both.
