Treesdale Landscape Company
Recent Review: Mark, the hardscape manager, was wonderful to work with. He responded to emails and phone calls in a timely manner, discussed changes that were made and explained why, and was professional and friendly. The crew started at an acceptable time daily, was precise making sure everything was installed properly, and throughly cleaned up after themselves once the project was complete. They made our vision become a reality!

Recent Review: We requested an estimate for a new patio and retaining wall and some restorative landscaping. Pat made 2 visits. First to gather our ideas and take estimates and again to present us with his ideas and estimate. As the project began to take shape we realized that we wanted a covered patio and some additonal features. Through no fault of Pat's, we were running into design obstacles and numerous questions were starting to arise. We also realized that the landscapers we were interviewing could not do the entire job. Many aspects would need to be subcontracted. We were getting bids on a wide spectrum. So, we had to rewind. We then hired an architect to develop a builders set of specs so that we could accurately execute our plan and that contrators were all on the same page when it came to bidding out the job. Since meeting with Pat our project has taken off in a different direction. We appreciate Pat's professionalism, time and patience.

Pantely's Landscaping for Less
Recent Review: We were so VERY pleased with the work Pantely did for us!  All came out better than we ever expected and Pantely did more than we expected was covered in the estimate (like briinging top soil and planting grass over areas that were dug up for the french drain and fire pit areas).  They left everything beautiful and cleaned up perfectly and all in two days!  They were very professional and the hardest working group I have ever seen! Thank you to Adam & Edwardo and the team for doing such a GREAT job & for addressing any questions we had.  We will MOST definitely use them again!

Scheftic Construction
Recent Review: We had an existing patio with omnistone and decided to enlarge the area. After some thought and brainstorming with Steve, we came upon a design. Steve was very easy to work with and worked hard to make it exactly as I envisioned. We had one mis-communication on the floor design, but he changed it and I love it. Everyone was punctual and came daily until the project was finished. I would highly recommend Steve with any landscaping/hardscaping project.

Silvis Group
Recent Review: Overall it was a really great experience; Jay, Paul and their team were great to work with. We had an initial concept of what we wanted and Jay + the landscape architects on staff came with a plan that improved on our initial concept. This is a good sign in any home improvement contractor or architect. A few challenges/issues that came up along the way (as they do), but discussing the issues together were able to quickly find a solution and the final product came out great. They paid a lot of attention with the patio installation particularly with respect to site preparation, drainage and other small details, which adds to the overall value/quality of the installation. So far everything has held up great over winter, and we are looking forward to enjoying the new outside space this summer. Highly recommended landscaping contractor.

Cyrilla Landscaping
Recent Review: Cyrilla was unique with the bids in that they were the only company out of about six that really helped us with the design without charging extra fees. As a first-time homeowner, I appreciated the help. They did a lot of the work (digging, etc) by hand, so the rest of my yard did not get torn up by machines while they were here. They worked hard and were painstakingly precise in their work. Two issues came up during the job - a wire was cut by a shovel (bad placement by the home builder), and there was a clay pocket in the middle of where the patio was going. Mark, the project manager, was ON IT before we even brought it up. They had the electrician scheduled already for the next day to come out and fix the wire, and Mark himself caught the pocket of clay (we had no idea what we were looking at). He said over time, the patio would have sagged. So he had the guys dig it back out to reinforce the patio area. I would never have caught the clay pocket, and it would have saved them almost a day of work to just paver over it. But he did the right thing, because it was the right thing. That was impressive to me. Because of the tight patio space and the work we asked them to do, there were some intricate cuts that needed to be made in the pavers. They are made - and made impressively. The quality of the plants was amazing, and I've managed to not kill them yet, which is impressive. They even planted some of my mom's hostas for me, which I had staged to go in after they left. The two guys were super nice, even when my daughter wanted to hang out outside with them and watch and learn. We've had seven different contractors in our home doing various work over the past year, and Cyrilla's is the only one we would do business with again. They cleaned up every day, and when they cleaned up at the end of the job, it was like they were never here - except for their work. One guy even swept out my garage because some paver dust had gotten in there when I had left it open one day. They are busy, so you may have to wait to get on the schedule. But... they're worth it. Quality work that they obviously take pride in, even on what I'm sure was a relatively small job.

Executive Hardscapes
Recent Review: FIRST IMPRESSION OF GREGG WOODDELL THE CONTRACTOR, WAS GREAT. AFTER CONSULTING WITH 3 OTHER CONTRACTORS WE GAVE THE WORK TO MR. WOODDELL BECAUSE HE WAS CON-VINCING IN HIS PRESENTATION. AND THAT WAS ALL. EVERYTHING WENT DOWN HILL FROM THEN ON. THE SELECTION OF MATERIAL WAS OVERWHELMING & HE SAID WE COULD CHANGE OUR MIND UP TO THE DAY THE WORK WAS STARTED. HE CALLED ON A SUNDAY EVENING AND HE WAS PLANING TO START THE NEXT DAY. IT WAS LATE SO I COULD NOT INFORM MY NEIGHBORS. UPON ARRIVING HE SAID IT WAS TOO LATE TO CHANGE OUR MIND ON SELECTION OF MATERIAL. THE AGGREGATE DRIVEWAY HAD A CRACK THE DAY AFTER POURING. THE PAVER SQUARS ARE UNEVEN, THE STEPS LEADING TO THE BACK YARD LOOK LIKE A JIGSAW PUZZLE, TOP STONE OF THE RETAINING WALLS ARE NOT SECURED IN PLACE. (I MUST BE VERY CAREFULL WHEN I AM GARDENING AS NOT TO STEP ON THE TOP OF THE WALLS.) THE IS SO MUCH PIECE WORK EVERYWHERE, I DON'T THINK MR. WOODDELL HAD A PLAN IN PLACE. HE HAD AGREED TO SO MANY THINGS, NOT ONE DID HE CARRY OUT. HE WAS TO TAKE OUT ALL BUSHES (INCLUDING THE STUMPS) IN THE BACK YARD AS WELL AS ALONG THE DRIVEWAY. I HAD TO HIRE A STUMP REMOVER. I WOULD NEVER HAVE TO PULL ANOTHER WEED IN BETWEEN THE DRIVEWAY & PAVERS BECAUSE OF THE PRODUCT THAT IS POURED INTO THAT AREA. TOWARD THE COMPLETION WE GAVE HIM A WRITTEN NOTE AS TO ALL THAT STILL NEEDED TO BE DONE. THEIR BIG TRUCK COLIDED WITH THE SIDE OF OUR HOUSE, THAT NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED. THE BRICKS ON THE HOUSE HAD SOME KIND OF RESIDUE THAT NEEDED TO BE CLEANED. THERE WERE FOUR PILLARS SUPPORTING OUR DECK THAT WERE TO BE BRICKED OVER WITH BRICKS TO MATCH THE BRICKS ON OUR HOUSE. THE BRICKS BEING USED DID NOT MATCH ANTHING REMOTLY ON OR NEAR MY HOUSE. THEY WERE ORANGE AND MY HOUSE IS RED BRICK WITH SUTBLE GREY, BLUE, & SOFT YELLOW. THE GUYS STOPPED THEIR WORK. MR. WOODDELL TOLD THEM TO REMOVE THEM. ONE YEAR LATER THERE IS STILL RESIDUE FROM CONCRETE ON THE PILLARS. THAT EVEING I WAS CALLED BY MRS. WOODDELL, A HEATED ARGUMENT PERSUDE. MR. & MRS. WOODDELL THOUGHT THE BRICK MATCHED PERFECTLY AND WERE PROUD OF THE MATCH. WHEN ASKED WHY THEY DID NOT SHOW ME THE BRICK BEFORE INSTALLATION, HER REPLY WAS THEY NEVER DO. .... SHE CALLED ME STUPID. WHO CALLS THEIR CUSTOMERS STUPID? THERE ARE TOO MANY THINGS THAT HAPPENED. THE DRIVEWAY HAD A CRACK AFTER THE SECOND DAY OF POURING. SEVERAL MORE CRACKS HAVE APPEARED SINCE THE WORK WAS COMPLEATED. WEEDS ARE COMING UP WHERE I SHOULD NOT HAVE WEEDS. EVERYWHERE YOU LOOK ONE WOULD THINK THIS WAS THEIR FIRST JOB. SO SHABBY. OK HERE'S THE COUP DE GRAS-- THEY BROKE OUR TERRA COTTA SEWER PIPE AND POURED CONCRETE OVER IT AS THOUGH NOTHING HAPPENED. SO WE HAD SEWER PROBLEMS 1 WEEK AFTER THEIR COMPLETION. THIS COST US $14,000.00. ROTO ROOTER DID THE JOB. MR. WOODDELL CAME TO DIG UP THE SECTION ROTO ROOTER NEEDED TO DO THE JOB. MR. WOODDELL THEN CAME BACK TO FILL THE HOLES IN MY NEW PATIO AND NEVER CAME BACK TO SEAL THE CONCRETE AND MORE RECENTLY WE FOUND HE DID NOT PUT A WATER DRAIN WHERE IT WAS SUPPOSED GO. HE KNEW THIS NEEDED TO BE DONE. WE NOW GET WATER IN THE GARAGE. WHY IN THE WORLD HE WOULD DO SUCH TERRIBLE WORK WHEN HE STARTED OUT DOING A GREAT JOB. I BRAGGED TO MY NEIGHBORS, THAT I WAS CONFIDENT I CHOSE THE RIGHT CONTRACTOR. I PROBABLY HAVE NOT ACCOUNTED FOR EVERYTHING THAT WAS NOT DONE OR WAS DONE IN A HAPHAZARD MANNER. BECAUSE OF EXECUTIVE HARDSCAPES, EVERY CONTRACTOR I WORK WITH WILL REAP MY DISAPPOINTMENT. I WILL HAVE A NOTE PAD WITH CONVERSATION IN WRITING (I HAD THIS WITH MR. WOODDELL, BUT I DID NOT WATCH HIS EVERY MOVE) SO NOW I WILL ADD A RECORDING TO OUR CONVERSATION AND CHECK THE WORK WHILE IT IS IN PROGRESS. I WISH I HAD ANGIE'S LIST BEFORE WE DECIDED TO DO THIS JOB. EARLIER I FOUND WHERE SOME PEOPLE HAD CALLED HIM FOR ESTIMATE. HE DID NOT SHOW-UP. THEY WERE DISAPOINTED. PLEASE CONSIDER YOURSELF LUCKY.

Asked to have estimate for paver patio installation. We had sketched out our basic design on a survey. Their bid came in almost triple what other groups were offering! They also did a mock-up, which was very nice to see, but was not at all what we wanted. I'm sure if we were working with us, they would have changed it to be more in line with our design. But the price was so high we never got that far.

AOmnipro
30 years ago, Omnipro installed an Omnistone driveway and front walk at our home. We were very happy with the installation. We recently called them back to do some repairs to the driveway and walk, and to enlarge a brick patio that was installed by another contractor before the original driveway and walk. They sent 3 mechanics to do the work which took 3 days. They repaired some settlement in the driveway, reinstalled the steps leading up to the front walk, repaired the walk, removed the entire patio, installed a new base, and reinstalled and enlarged the patio. They did a beautiful job. Their mechanics were very professional and worked steady throughout the installation. Obviously, the quality of their work hasn't in 30 years. We would definitely call them back for any future work.
