My experience with them went very well. I'm currently still waiting for them to install my countertops however I did order it from them. They were awesome and theirs was the best price I could find anywhere. I can just tell that they are very seasoned in what they do and I believe the company has been around since the 60's. This is a family owned business and they are really nice guys. The installation hasn't been done yet.

DW T Leggett Company
THEY DID NOT BACK UP THEIR PRODUCT AS STATED IN THE WARRANTY SAYING THAT IF THERE WAS ANYTHING DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR NOT UP TO OUR STANDARDS IT WOULD BE REPLACED. THE SALESMAN HAS BEEN PROMISING SINCE MARCH TO REPLACE THE DOORS AND THE PANELS. THEY HAVE NOT DONE SO. WHEN WE BROUGHT THIS UP THEY SAID THEY WERE NOT GOING TO REPLACE THE DOORS AND NOW THEY ARE WANTING TO CHARGE US EXTRA.

AOutlaw Studios
Paul and his team at Outlaw were very professional and do amazing things with concrete. They showed us the design options, worked with us on building exactly what we wanted. It looks fantastic and was completed on time. I wouldn't hesitate to use Outlaw Studios again. This is a top notch company with great people and great service. Highly recommended if you are considering concrete countertops.

ACustom Marble & Granite
We picked and paid for the granite in February while we were designing our kitchen.  Our work was not done until May when the installer was ready and we had to work around several contractors.   The kitchen looks fabulous.   We had a few small flaws that were not notice don installation and Jeanne set up appointments that were great for our schedule to fix them - the repairs are great and no one could ever tell that there was a small repair done.

Bekir is a joy to work with. He is a good businessman who will work with you to an agreement suitable to all. The process was fun from start to finish, from the greeting from Lisa to the final installations. I went all over town and beyond looking at choices because I wanted something unique and classy. I decided on Troy Granite because of the choices and Bekir's willingness to negotiate. I was turned loose in the warehouse to explore all the stones. I originally wanted soapstone, but my wonderful other half couldn't live with the scratches that were sure to come. So we chose Marinache, which looks like a river bed of stones. I started with the backsplash to match a stone as I had decided on that finish first. Bekir recommended someone to install the kitchen cabinets and they did a fabulous job, I only reminded them of a couple of things as they went along to keep them doing what I wanted. I advise checking in periodically on any job done in your home. No one knows exactly what you want but you, "the devil is in the details" and all that. Bekir came by and checked to make sure all was well and the crew was doing a good job, we toured the house and talked renovations, very nice man.  The templates were done (don't let anyone bring coffee into your kitchen with exposed cabinets, it will inevitably be spilled - no big deal), we placed the countertop template on the stone as we wanted, and the turnaround was 10 days just as advertised. The installation crew was obviously professional and incredibly strong, two people lifting those stones! A couple of weeks to get the window sills installed by yet another professional installer and the kitchen looks amazing! No muss, no fuss. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

ADesirable Kitchens & Refacing
Desirable Kitchens and Refacing were very professional. They were helpful during the quote process at helping to pick out what would work best within the given space and provided various options from which to choose. Spent time answering questions throughout the entire process and was in constant communication. They completed the project in a timely manner. It was wonderful to work with people dedicated to providing quality work at an affordable price!

They were fine.  Their price was number one.  There was a little bit of a problem and it took a little bit of work to get them to fix it.  They finally did and I just had to be persistent.  Their price was the third last than any other price that I received.  I'm going to be using them again and I have already gotten the prices.  I think can work with them to get what I want and save some money in the process.

APremier Home Design Center
Laura was helpful and gave good advice on the layout and design. Her price was competitive--not as cheap as the big box stores, but with that you get what you pay for. The product was good quality, and the countertop installers did a good job. We are very happy with our new kitchen.

APremier Granite & Stone
I hired them to do a replacement countertop that another company had done wrong. They came through and did an awesome awesome job. I thought they were extremely fair in pricing. They were up front with me and told me they were busy, but they did the work within the time frame that they told me they would do the work. I wished I could give them an A+ and I was very pleased.

AConcrete Zen
Concrete Zen provided the most reasonable estimates for the countertops and flooring in our remodel. Unfortunately, the overall estimate for the job was over two times our budget! Needless to say, we didn't proceed with the remodel since someone cut down the money tree in our back yard last month... That said, we would use (and probably still will use) Concrete Zen in the future. Their product and workmanship is wonderful. Nicole has a terrific eye for color and design -- her suggestions for our house were very helpful. And, their price is much more reasonable than their competition. Concrete countertops and floors may be new to Pittsburgh, but they have been around a long time out West. We hope this city catches on to how versatile, beautiful and affordable concrete is.

Recent Review: The remodel is beautiful, Jim offered a good number of well received suggestions for the design, and his work with building and installing the cabinetry is terrific. He also makes getting demo work and countertops much easier by acting as a one-stop shop for all these services, through contractors he routinely works with. Great job!

Recent Review: It took a lot of phone tag to finally get the technician to our house, but once here he was efficient and professional and did an amazing job. The chip was in the edge of a white quartz countertop, very difficult to match perfectly, and the repair is absolutely invisible. Not the lowest bid, but worth the price.
