Recent Review: Came up with solutions that were more pleasing than what we had laid out for wheelchair accessibility and staircase design change at the rear of the project

Recent Review: These guys usually do disabled access builds (ramps etc.) but a friend recommended them to us as good with general carpentry and woodworking, so we asked them to come out and repair/rebuild a some woodwork on our stairs and railing that had been problematic to integrate with some other renovations we were doing nearby. They came out immediately when I called to come up with a work plan and estimate, and were back in a week to complete the work. The work looks great and was very reasonably priced, given the complexity. I would definitely recommend them for any job in the carpentry or handyman category.

Recent Review: Rear access to our home is only possible by a wooden boardwalk from the garage around 3 sides of the house to the back porch. After 30 years the original boardwalk was sagging and slimy. And we wanted to widen for wheelbarrow and wheelchair access. Several summers ago we called some local contractors to give us estimates. We had some drive-bys who never stopped, one who gave us an outrageous bid for simply replacing in kind, and 2 who came but never bid or even returned our calls. Then we received a packet of discount cards in the mail, including one from Extreme Decks. Aaron came within hours of our initial call, and offered a nice price on the replacement and widening. The crew came when he said they would, worked hard, sang, cleaned up after themselves, and made several improvements we hadn't thought of. Great crew, great guy. Aaron's card is in our file for future projects.
