Recent Review: When I first called Alex he offered me a free estimate with a project for my Outdoor Kitchen. He was there at the day and time of our appointment. Alex explain all the steps and showed me the materials I would need for my project not trying to sell me anything extra. He gave me an idea about the price but told me that he would send me an email with a design for the project and the real price what was lower than his first estimate. After i signed the contract and give them 50% for the material, Alex kept posted about the timeline for the material delivery and assembly. He was very punctual in his time frame. After my kitchen was ready I was very happy with the final result.

AOutdoor Accents Orlando
I just had an outdoor kitchen built by Outdoor Accents Orlando. I was treated with extreme professionalism and respect during my experience with them. From beginning to end they were very informative, straightforward, and punctual. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations; and they finished right when they said they would! They were never pushy and addressed all of my needs. Great guys and I would absolutely recommend them to any of my friends and/or family interested in sprucing up their outdoor space!

FSoleic Outdoor Kitchens
The product is excellent. The poor review is due to the store owner/salesperson. Gwen is very knowledgeable, but has difficulty answering direct questions. She was also unable to do math correctly, present clear invoices and justify the account balance. When she entered the final payment on our credit card, she overcharged by thousands of dollars. Although she acknowledged her error and sent us a partial refund, she refused (or was unable) to justify the refund amount. There are other distributors for the manufacturer's goods, although it is unclear whether or not Gwen is connected to the manufacturer, either financially or through relatives.

FSoleic Outdoor Kitchens
The low rating is due to the extreme problems in communication with the owner/salesperson who appears to have several stores. Getting reliable answers was a challenge throughout, but when it came to charges, it was impossible. The invoices were full of contradictions and inaccuracies and she refused (or is simply unable) to give an accounting of the actual charges and payments. Buyer beware.

DCDS Plumbing Inc
My remodel involved completely moving the plumbing lines in the kitchen and laundry area. Paul came out to quote my project but when I mentioned pulling a permit, he said we didn't need one. I told him my nephew, who is a GC in South Florida and said I most definitely needed permits and inspections due to the scope of my project, which included moving electrical lines. My nephew said if we didn't get permits and anything happened down the road, my homeowners insurance may not cover. Paul agreed to pull the permit but stated he "didn't know when we would be able to get them because he worked 7 am - 6 pm". The quote I received for the scope of the job, was very fair and reasonable. However, he quoted me $1,000 for a permit. I already had other quotes (both electrical and plumbing) and knew that a permit was around $350 for the scope of my job. When I questioned him he said he was charging me for his time to prepare and go out to the building department and get the permit. No other contractor charged me double what the actual permit cost for their time to get the permit. They may do very good work but this is supposed to be a Christian owned company and price gouging for something that should be part of the job anyway, isn't very honest or ethical.

AAustin Historical
Austin Home Restoration was recommended to us by an interior designer.  We were quoted a price with several options and reached an agreement on a certain portion of their proposal which included refinishing cabinets as well as adding new features to the cabinetry, decorative beams and some wall removal.   Our biggest issue was with the cabinet refinishing.  We were told that the cabinet doors would be completely removed and then repainted in the shop under controlled conditions.  The doors seemed to turn out okay but they were just painted on our porch in an uncontrolled environment.  Not sure if this will affect the life expectancy of the cablinet finish. They also were to do some tiling of the backsplash which did not turn out satisfactorily and had to be redone a couple of times Generally the work was okay and the owner was responsive to our needs and concerns and made things all okay in the end. A may be a high score but none of these remodelers are consistently excellent and I thought Austin did okay compared to the rest.

AGAS PLUMBING SERVICES INC
He installed the new valve so I could turn the gas from my underground propane tank on and off from the front of my new outdoor kitchen without having to get on my hands and knees to do it under the grill. It went well, He securely installed the key operated valve and connected gas lines to it with no gas leaks.

AUnited Stone Associates Inc
We stopped in United Stone after seeing a sign out from going to Costco.  We gave Yura the plan and got a quote from him and a few other local installers.  The quote was well below other installers and with the positive reviews on Angies List we decided to go with them.  We picked out the granite from a local supplier and paid them directly (no markup to United Stone).  The stone was delivered to their facility the next day and waited until the cabinets were done.  As soon as the cabinets were completed I went down there and the next day they came out to measure.  Within just a few days (including the weekend) they came out to install.  The guys arrived at 2pm and didn't leave until after 8pm.  They were non-stop working on the job with virtually no breaks.  You'd think given how late it was they might be in a bit of a rush.  They took extra time to make everything perfect.  There are 3 seems that are virtually invisible.  My family builds houses up north and I've seen a lot of granite installed.  I've never seen as good of a job as these guys did.  Not only did it look that good, but they made sure and vacuum and clean up after themselves so when they left it looked as if they hadn't been there.  I would recommend these guys to anyone to save money and get the absolute best install job.  We are very impressed.
