The agent at Cojac was friendly and knowledgeable, and there were models on site, so we could see what we were getting. The problem I had was from the carport manufacturer, which also installed the carport. This was TexWin, which the company that Cojac uses to provide and install carports for customers. First, the sales team at Texwin was aggressive about upselling me some things that I did not need. Not such a huge deal, but what really got to me was the scheduling. They say they are flexible, and can work with the customers schedule, but let me tell you, they do not! After trying for several weeks, I realized that the only day they could come was on Friday, which is one of the two days out of the week when it is hard for us to take off work. Finally I agreed to Friday afternoon, so I could work that morning. Well, I got to work and that is when the crew called to say they were at my house, ready to install the carport! So, if you end up getting a carport from Cojac, and they are still using this TexWin company, just be aware that you may be in for some hassle and inconvenience. NOW the good part is that the work crew did a good job, the carport is nice, and we are enjoying it! The rating below is for TEXWIN. The professionalism and service from Cojac was all A's.
